Everything went well. Very sturdy and well built when all units are hung in place. We ordered additional corner and long hanging sections to complete our closet. We changed the order of the unit to meet our needs (must be careful here so your unit has all the vertical panels you will need). Some handyman knowledge will help so you can adjust things as needed. I moved the hanging rods back 5" so the clothes almost touch the wall behind the unit. Why have the clothes hanging out 9" into the room? Mine hang out 4" into the room now.

Good quality, easy to install and very flexible, I ordered two set to build up my Walkin closets. But I do wish there can be more hanging than these shelfs. We reinforced these shelfs with wood so it can hold more weight.

As always is the case. The instructions are best understood by those who wrote them. Having said that, the Stowe company was very helpful.

After 5 times reordering finally got enough parts to make one. I applaud HD for their patience and professionalism. 3 stars is cause it’s nothing special and the manufacturer sticks at packing item.

Better look! And thanks for the stove company for replacing the damaged part in a very short time.

It is a very nice closet.

Like my new closet organizer, really extends the amount of space. It was fairly easy to install although the drawers fit very tight on the tracks

I ordered this system plus two others and some additional accessories all on the same order. There were 17 boxes total but none of them are marked in any way to know which box goes with which. Order each system/sku separately so at least the order number will be unique.

The installation of the closet system requires significant patience & persistence. This instructions are a challenge to follow and understand. YouTube videos on installing EasyClosets were of some help. The system is a tremendous improvement over our previous design and fully meets my expectations.

Was fairly difficult to assemble. Drawer knobs and screws were missing so had to shop around to find something that would work. Needed to add reinforcements to ensure unit would not pull off wall

Love the new closet! Was adjustable enough to make for. Even had extra shelving that I cut and added shoe racks!

Well designed for walk-in closet. Product is well made, consistent with cost. I added the shoe tower, which made it perfect for my needs. According to contractor, the instructions weren’t easy the follow and weren’t always accurate, requiring some innovation. As the customer, I’m very pleased with the results.

This closet system looks wonderful and I would highly recommend this.

East to install, all the parts were included!

We are very pleased with the quality and the ability to do a self installation. The instructions are self explanatory and easy to follow.

Great Closet System!

My project came in 12 boxes. I opened box number one and went from there. In the few places the directions were vague (the anchors are complicated at first) I went to some you tube demos for some clarity. There was some sawing required and I bought new hacksaw and circular saw blades. I used masking tape over all of the cuts of laminated shelves to reduce flaking. And I assembled and hung everything, using toggle bolts bought separately for extra support. The end result is a much more efficient walk in closet with shelving and clothes racks allowing us to use the entire space!

Love this product! We also added three 25” wide shelf units to complete the look. I was able to do the entire install by myself except for the one part where it recommends two people should lift one of the units.

Not enough support for the hangers. I picked up support Rods and now it work great.

It arrived in 9 boxes. Overwhelming but necessary. The entire system is hung from the top rail using a French cleat; so no additional screws or fasteners needed. Our closet is on the smaller end of the overall measurement, so it looks a bit different from the pictures on the website. We needed more hanging space, so we minimized the corner shelves and the shelves between the drawers and hanging clothes. The rods for the hanging clothes are wonderful - you cut them to size...if necessary...therefore no inner bar slides inside. The hangers slide smoothly from left to right without getting caught on that transition that's always there. It definitely takes some thought and prep before you begin, and two people are definitely necessary, but overall we're glad we bought this for our closet re-do. I'm sure we'd have paid a LOT more for an organization company to come in and do the same for us that we did ourselves.
