Great for honoring the warranty of their product. A shelf was broken due to our fault, and it was replaced within a week with no charge. "Concepts in Wood" was a good company to work with. The book shelves look nice.

Bought this to use for storage in our kitchen. It looks beautiful!

Assembly was a bit of a pain due to there not being any stickers on the pieces. Without them it was easy to second guess ourselves based upon the pictures. Overall the quality is very good though. Only drawback there was the taping on the backplate was rather sloppy and you are supposed to use that as your guide for securing it to the back. TLDR; Very good quality, mediocre assembly experience.

The amount of storage space is excellent and it was not too difficult to assemble.

Takes two to build. Could have been better labeled pieces at least a "this way up" sticker. Backing pieces do not meet up, small gap if following the build as directed. With books on the shelves not noticeable but if the middle rows are used to display items then it is noticeable. Overall worth the money and a Good Bookcase for our use.

We typically have bought other style book cases until we stumbled upon these. These are tremendous book cases! They are a little on the expensive side but are well worth it in that the shelves will not sag and we expect them to far outlast the competitor book cases that we own. So far we have purchased two of the 72x72s and hopefully in the not too distant future we will look at getting one of the 84x72's.

I bought two of these shelves and I love them they fit perfectly in the spot that I wanted to use them for and I am so very happy plus they were pretty easy to put together

Beautiful quality. Parts weren’t numbered and one part was miss drilled. Made assembly difficult. Once put together it is beautiful.

Really high quality bookcase for the price. I was hopeful this would fit most of our books, but apparently we just have too many. However I was really impressed with the quality of this unit given the price. The back is screwed on and has pilot holes so you don't end up putting a nail in off target

Love this bookcase. My home office is now my favorite room in the house. Husband spent half the day assembling it for me. So grateful for that!

Relatively straightforward assembly. Almost all of the holes aligned perfectly. Quite sturdy when assembled.The only flaws consisted of a gap between the front foot piece and the bottom shelf, and a slight gap in the back panel in middle, the top 1’. A good value for the money. Note: unit heavy

What an awesome bookcase. I was not sure, based on the reviews and stock images. Pretty easy to assemble. Definitely have a second person at the end to be able to lift up. This thing is big. Looks great. Brought our office library to life.

Very nice product. Assembly was time consuming but not difficult. On the negative side, the backing is relatively flimsy and detracts from the positives of the product.
