Easy to use and does a good job of stopping unauthorized use of water and also potential flooding. No special tools required.

Love the simplicity and how useful this product is

This product locks the water outlet itself. It does not lock the turn nozzles. Therefore individuals can still get water even though it is blocked. A resourceful trespasser could most likely break the lock very easily. It is a deterrent but not necessarily a full proof lock for trespassing situations. Should probably be cheaper, maybe $10.

Easy to install and does what I need plus cost was reasonable

It seems to work, once installed there were no drips if I turned on the faucet. Other reviewers commented that the padlock isn't great, so I will keep in mind it may need replacing at some point. I got this since I am fed up with the cheapskate landlord next door, when he is working on the place in between tenants he doesn't want to pay for water service himself so he keeps using mine, sometimes asking and sometimes not.

Easy to install. We found our neighbor was using our water spigot so bought to lock them out of that. So far so good.

I had someone using my outside faucet and I needed a solution to prevent it. This works great. Someone could cut the lock off if they had bolt cutters with them but I preferred this type of lock because I can also cut the lock off if I have a problem with it. You can turn the water on but it doesn't drip a drop.
