The tiles were special ordered and came in quickly. I received great service at the Gloucester, VA store. The tiles were in great condition and easy to install.

Made my shower look marvelous-used charcoal grout!!

I love the tile. It was easy for the tile guy to put up and I chose black grout which really sets the tile off.

This tile was the perfect choice for a vintage bathroom remodeling project. The tiles are consistent, easy to handle and easy to cut. I used traditional 1/16" spacers and the premixed Omnigrip tile adhesive. It worked very well overhead. Very happy!

Budget friendly, clean & shiny. Nicely sized, so easy to handle. Spacers are optional, but I wanted more of a line, so used them. Tiles cut super easily & the cut side isn’t so dark that it’s noticeable.

My dad and I laid this tile as a kitchen backsplash. I don't know much about tile but my dad was raving about it. He loved how it was white throughout the whole tile and not just coated with white. It was quick and easy to lay too. Love the finished product!

Beautiful clean white subway tile! I retiled my two bathrooms with it, looks great with my light gray walls and an accent row of silver gray glass tiles.

I kiln fire designs on glazed ceramic tiles and the Daltile Restore has been a great addition to the various color white tiles that I can offer to my customers. The quality and price is very good. Since Home Depot can offer the tile in stock (as of September 2021) to buyers it makes it easy for my customers to buy the plain tiles to surround my decorated tiles. I also use the Classic White 0100-551-P4 Daltile for orders that Home Depot offers on line to purchase. The Classic white goes well with the Botanical and Blue and White Designs. As a small business tile decorator I am grateful to Home Depot for offering tile at a reasonable price to customers to buy per single tile or by the box. I am attaching a few pictures of tile installations that my customers have sent to me. I fire the tiles to nearly 1600 degrees F so you can see the tiles are pretty durable.

Beautiful. Easy to cut without a wet saw

Easy to work with and cuts well. We used a charcoal color grout which shows the slight imperfections on the cut side. But if done correctly this can be avoided. Overall, very happy with the outcome

Used this beautiful white subway tile in both of my remodels for my new kitchen as a backsplash. Also, in my new master bathroom in the shower and on the walls. Love this tile.

Love love love this look! Install is relatively simple if your familiar with tiling. We used this in our shower and are so happy we did. The smooth finish is nice to the touch and easy to clean.

Ok so I LOVE how this turned out. We did a full floor to ceiling curbless walk-in shower/wet room and it’s gorgeous IMO. BUT this tile requires careful inspection and install. Based on previous reviews, we inspected EVERY tile very thoroughly prior to placement and found MANY with chips, cracks and flawed edges. So many so that I marked them with a grease pencil to use as cut pieces. After eliminating those, we began install. We chose a 1/3 overlap pattern in what I would describe as a backwards stairstep bc when placed in ascending order (aka up then over, up then over going toward the right), your eyes were instantly drawn to what looked like stair steps… especially if you did 1/4 overlap since the up and over portions both equalled 4 inches. Our pattern was still up and over, but climbed to the left which mitigates the visual stair effect. NEXT the manufacturer specifies max overlap 1/3 bc of the variation in tile thickness. The middle of EVERY tile is thicker due to compression/manufacturing method. If you overlap 50 50 in a traditional brick pattern, you WILL see this hump in each tile and the result is unsightly as pointed out by other reviews. Last, but certainly not least, is cracking during/after install. We double studded all our walls and used hardibacker with redguard for waterproofing and crack mitigation and STILL had tiles crack. It’s almost unavoidable with tile of these dimensions… it’s long and narrow and if you push hard (which you need to do for good adhesion) some tiles will crack (always vertically… picture one hand on each end of a long tile). Some cracked during install. As this happened, we removed and replaced. The problem came with the tiles that cracked while the mortar dried!!! SUPER frustrating bc those hairline cracks became visible when we started to grout. We had to go ahead and grout bc we had mixed it all and there wasn’t much turning back, but we also didn’t realize just how many had cracked. About 1/12 :( after grouting, we took a diamond blade on an oscillating tool and painstakingly removed each cracked tile. VERY DUSTY, VERY HARD AND VERY SLOW. Some additional tiles were damaged during this horrendous venture nessecitating removal of additonal tiles…. prob 1/10 in the end. It was a learning process. We then regrouted and have this gorgeous shower, but I would probably have chosen 12x24 if I had known all this sooner. We were unable to remove one cracked tile due to it’s proximity to the ceiling and the fact it was mortared to the metal trim piece we used to finish the corner. We were afraid to damage that trim piece resulting in the need to remove it (and every tile attached to it) entirely!!! I would have died. It’s invisble to everyone, but us and i mostly forget about it, but i included a pic of it. SYNOPSIS: beautiful result, was it worth it? Thats debatable. Might’ve used different tile, if I had known bc I’m fearful of future cracks and the repair it will involve. We kept plenty of tile just in case ! I would add more pics if I could

Brightens up the space!

very fragile and dimensions way off of nominal 12"x4", it messed up plans for combining this with 12"x24" floor tiles, grout lines didn't match..

Rehabbed my son's bathroom adding the 3 x 12 bright white subway tile. Matched well with the builder grade 4 x 4 shower tile as I didn't re-do the shower, added mosaic accent and will re-grout white 4 x 4 tile with light grey, new peel stick floor over linoleum using a special floor primer, added contact adhesive to make sure that sticks, new paint, new faucet, new lighting, gel stained cabinetry over ugly oak, new double shower rod Moen. I am a 60 year old woman and a do-it-yourselfer. Just have to finish trim using pvc corner round at Home Depot to sand/paint to be used as floor trim against tub and walls.

We wanted a white, clean and crisp look for our backsplash since we had a busy granite countertop. These tiles were exactly what we were looking for. The longer 3x12 tile gives the subway look but not as many grout lines

This tile is gorgeous at a great price. Do not second guess it

This product was used for multiple projects and was brilliant in all uses... My first use was to complete the kitchen backsplash... The second was to place tiles on the ceiling in the bathroom over tub and shower.... And third was to create a boarder over and around my entrance way.... I am pleased with price, amount of tiles and most of all with the versatile uses this product offers... But, I am satisfied with my purchase and my end and finish projects....

We are super impressed with this tile for the price! We didn’t have any issues with weird warped tiles at all. We had never done a backsplash before and our only tiling experience was a small bathroom floor. It was easy and we didn’t use any additional spacers, just the built in one. There were a few tiles that did have imperfections on them, so we carefully went through the tiles before just grabbing from the box and installing. Overall, we’re super happy with this tile!

I used this Great subway tile in my small bathroom renovations. It gave it a clean bright and polished look and I love it!

I love the way my tiles turned out in my kitchen. It has an added shine to it, creating class yet still simplistic. I bought the 4"x 12" to make my smaller kitchen appear larger.

Very nice! We added trim and inset for an additional decorator look. The white tiles create a classy pattern that can complement and customize to your desired look.
