Many people had trouble with 2 things; initially getting it started, and the blower tubes falling off. I had trouble starting it initially, even after finding the user manual, and following their instructions. The user manual could be better, and state the number of times to depress the priming bulb. Talked to a neighbor who has Echo products, who told me to fully close choke, pump bulb 5 times. Pull cord couple of times (until you hear it sputter), then go to half choke. Should now start within a pull or two! The second issue with the blower tubes…… I had them come apart, when the blower started, and idled for a few minutes. I took both tubes off the housing, and twisted it extra hard (got it halfway to fully twisted, looking at the marks on the tubes) - so far they’ve been holding together! The only other thing I noticed was the vibration when running (which probably contributed to the tubes coming apart). If you have any issues with numbness, tingling in your hands, I’d advise you try to insulate your hand your holding it with (with rubber gloves, or gloves designed to insulate, like Vibrastop), to minimize the vibration….. seems like it will be a good blower that will last forever; time will tell.
