Recently brought this to cover my pond to prevent leaves from getting in and stopping up my pump, , great playability, small holes firm fit for what I'm using it for, definitely fits my expectations, price was great as well..

I used this mesh to cover up a hole around our roof where birds and finally squirrels were entering. The mesh is sturdy yet pliable. I was able to bend it around corners and molded the mesh over the hole. No more problems with uninvited guests!!!

This screen worked out perfectly for what I need. Easy to cut and mold into the shape I needed.

Used for the air vents on a homemade outside crawl space door.

Never arrived, part 1 of 2 items. 1st item arrived, but not the mesh. My rating has nothing to do with the product.

Never thought I would have to consider the quality of construction mesh until I tried this stuff. Mesh is an average size if you don't count the missing wires. Wires are welded crooked and parallel to nothing, certainly each other or the sides of the roll. You can't cut square in any direction and follow a row.

Using it to cover the grating over a french drain. Needed it to keep the Leaves out. Works great.

I bought this same stuff about 10 years ago. It was good quality then. Now, I would rate 0 stars if that was an option. The mesh was not anywhere close to being straight and even, thus the 1/4” squares were upto 1/2” in places. There was lots of leakage of the galvanizing metal built up in corners and some pieces falling off. Those are manufacturing issues. The fact that it’s been stored outside, and was corroding already after just a couple months, is jointly a manufacturing/storage issue.

Like other customers, I discovered after getting home that the coating of this product, like all "hot-dipped" galvanized steel, contains a significant amount of lead. Wash your hands after handling, the instructions say, and of course it will crumble into whatever garden or yard or chicken coop you're planning to use it in. Genius. They shouldn't even sell this crap IMO. Ordered stainless steel online; recommend you do the same (HD doesn't seem to sell stainless).

This worked great for making a screen for an old radiator. Made a frame, stapled this mesh in, and painted the whole thing black. I don’t think this item is intended to be decorative, which is somewhat what I was using it for. There were a few wire sections here and there that were a little wonky for my needs so I had to purchase an extra roll. The price was right, so I didn’t mind having to do that. You can purchase custom radiator covers, but they are ridiculously expensive and I just needed this poor man’s version.

Quality product. Great to work with - small enough gauge wire that you can bend and fold by hand. Use this to cover my roof vents to keep out critters. Easily attached with self tapping pan head screws.
