Handle broke off attempting to pierce copper, stem is such a small diameter even with pliers its tough to back stem out . Gave up for this evening ,start again tomorrow.

Easy to install. I was concerned the saddle valve would leak, so far it has held it’s seal

Pretty easy to install. I would give the 5 but this water line kind of chips when you try to insert on the ends. But easy to fix. Pretty good and easy item to install really.

I bought this for my new refrigerator and it leaked at the refrigerator connection so I went back to the store and bought another of the same kit because they don't sell a single part 🤣 and the same part in this kit leaked, what a joke!

this did not give adequate water to the refrigerator and ruin my plumbing, I’m lucky enough I could fix it myself, but it could be a real nightmare for someone. I would give negative stars.

Unfortunately this hose only came with one screw-on connector. The other connection you were supposed to use their shut-off valve. I have a better shut off valve already. When I attempted to install it, the additional connector I bought worked, but the 1 from this package leaked. I will be returning this and buying a 25ft house with the connections already in place.

Easy assembly but in occasion you may need to change the key its optional.

Saddle valve doesn’t work.
