Hi Anthony. We are not sure what TOP you are referring to. The Home Depot sells 2 covers that fit this basin, The Everbilt 18 in. Basin Cover for Sump and Sewage Basins and the Everbilt 18 in. Sump Pump Basin Lid.

It is great! I am using this buried in...
It is great! I am using this buried in the ground as a collection point with French drains for water in the yard. And then pump it out to a nearby ditch with a sump pump. I have been using another one in another place in the yard for over a decade in a similar manner. I like how strong, rigid and durable it is.

It is being used as a sump pump basin, nothing exciting, it does what it is designed to do. Also , easy to drill thru for the necessary hole.

The basin has 8 holes, but only 4 of them...
The basin has 8 holes, but only 4 of them have captive nuts. The lid comes with 8 bolts. Obviously, there should be 4 more captive nuts. Without them, the lid does not seal against the cheesy little gasket supplied with the lid.

Hello HomeDepotCustomer. This sump basin does not come with a cover and the bolts that come with the Everbilt 18 in. Sump Pump Basin Lid or the Everbilt 18 in. Basin Cover for Sump and Sewage Basins are absolutely long enough to secure the covers to this sump basin. In addition the basin inserts do align with both covers.
