Was worried I’d mess up my new custom frame made for a medicine cabinet so I bought this. Made measuring very easy and bit worked out perfectly. Another good investment for the toolbox.

This is an excellent product. Have just installed several cabinets in my laundry room and this was perfect for the job. Highly recommend.

This worked well and was perfectly priced for a small project. You need to be very focused on keeping the drill perpendicular to the cabinet though. I did a couple of test holes on scrap before starting, and found I was drifting at an angle and the hinges would not install. For the 8 hinges I needed to install I focused on alignment, everything worked out perfectly and this was the right choice. If I were doing a larger project, I would recommend a system with a jig, like the Krebbs.

Work as expected but package was previously opened and items obviously used. Check package before purchasing.

not one person in the store could help with the hinges or bit, one tried to help but i had to get him out from behind his counter

Like others that have been reporting this since May 2020, I received a template with no instructions. I see that multiple responses have been posted by the manufacturer saying they are sorry for the inconvenience; however, the description on the site has not been updated to remove the false claim that instructions are included. The packaging has not been updated to include instructions. Am I frustrated? Yes. Makes me question the quality of the product all around.

It was a dull blade. Hard to cut the wood with. Also, the home depot reps at the store are not good. It's mainly young kids on their cell phones or goofing off. I spend my time googling what to buy and really only 1 out of 10 reps can actually help. Seems like there are alot of employees but from what I've seen in all my home depot trips during this remodel is the kids are just standing around chatting and on their phones. Maybe if they have time to "goof off" they could be learning about your products so they don't say, "I don't know"...... Just a suggestion. Teach them!!!
