Very difficult to install in the fixture. Getting the burnt bulb out is just as hard. Once installed. It is fabulous lighting.

Flickers....
Flickers just like every LED bulb in my Stove Hood application. Just replace with halogen and get on with important things.

LED bulbs are superior to the Halogen bulbs they replaced. They provide a much warmer scene.

This bulb for our above the stove vent was a little difficult to get it replaced into the unit, We like the new 35 watt that uses 4.6 LED and uses 87% less energy.
