The swap in replacement LED light bulbs were not compatible with my specific track light fixture. The light fixture transformers (small box at base of removable track light bulb fixture.  On initial power up the bulbs illuminated for approximately 5-10 seconds then went out one by one on my track light system. On closer examination, i could see black smoke residue on the small power transformers. The bulbs tested ok, but the light fixture was inoperable and needed to be replaced.

Great lighting bright and nice

Perfect replacement from halogen lamp to LED, got the 3000k bright white (MR16 BAB GU5.3), lamp is much cooler now, and is probably much easier on the power adapter, less wattage (halogen uses 20 watts, this LED uses less than 3 watts), but same lumens.

I’ve been using these bulbs in commercial landscaping jobs for quite some time now. I really prefer these bulbs over the ones that are generally included with certain landscape lights. I will order the lights w/o bulbs, then purchase these to install. They are overall the best I’ve ever used!

Perfect lighting easy to install

I have 26 lights around the yard, I used these last year as replacements from the original bulbs. I'm here posting a review for these while looking for their replacements less than a year later. Some packages of lights are still operational, 14 are dimmed out. Looking for a quality manufacturer, Home Depot, got any ideas?

Does not dim to a level comparable to a halogen bulb. It's incredibly bright even at the lowest setting. This is a good product when dimming in NOT required.

I wish I could recommend these lights... however, if you are trying to supplement or replace halogen lights of the "Equivalent" LED versions that these lights represent, you might be disappointed. Compared to my 20W, 3000K halogen lights (these are supposed to be equivalent to), they are noticeably brighter and almost blue-white, not the warm 3000K. Personally, I like the warm glow of the halogen for my house landscape lighting. These replacements do not offer that, contrary to their marketed specifications.

These LED floodlights are a very good replacement for the original halogen version of the same configuration lightbulb from the same manufacture that I bought over 15 years ago now I’ve upgraded to these new LED ones and they’re just as good if not better than the halogen reason why they’re better in my opinion is because they’re more energy efficient and they produce a lot less heat that halogen bulbs do this is safer for the risk of fire and therefore I am happy for upgrading to these LEDs highly recommend the “bright white” “50 Watt” witch are the ones I got, Over the daylight because unless you like a super cool white light thses are a good choice!

I read some bad reviews on here about this product but let me just start by saying I think that’s because a lot of people don’t have the correct dimmers for these lights that’s why they don’t work always properly in my situation that was the case when I originally installed these bulbs but then I upgraded to a new dimmer switch which was shown in the compatibility chart down the Home Depot website of the product and I was able to match it with the correct dimmer to operate this product correctly therefore this product not only exceeds my expectations but it is truly exceptional over the previous halogen bulbs I had not only do they save more energy create less heat but they look great as well the appearance of the light is pleasing to my eyes as much as the halogen were if not more therefore it is a great product! I would recommend upgrading from Allergan to this product for anyone who is considering it as it will be a great improvement on your electric bill and it will be cooler on your track lighting or any other equipment you’re using these bulbs in as opposed to a high heat halogen bulbs and high energy draining halogen bulbs. But if you do get these bulbs I recommend getting the bright white not the daylight, unless you prefer Super cool white light!

One of the three bulbs in the package was cracked beyond use. This should be zero defect assurance. Will need to return to store to replace.

The LED version of this bulb ? is really welcome.

If your range hood uses a GE bulb… this will not work.

1 of the 3 bulbs was dead. I was told I had to go through the warranty to have replaced.

It work with old track light that we have. I do wish that they sell in one individually instead of 3/pk
