Looks fantastic but edges chip easily
We have used this tile for a couple of flip projects. It’s a very good price point and looks much higher end places in a herringbone pattern. Be very careful with cutting as the edges do chip kinda easily.

It’s gorgeous!
This tile is beautiful and easy to care for... my son put real slate in his kitchen and it is HIGH MAINTENANCE! Needs to be sealed... but not this... looks like real slate but low maintenance! LOVE! And so does everyone who sees it!

Looks filthy!!!
This tile looks completely different from the picture. Unfortunately, my builder installed it before I got to see it in person. I hate it and will be ripping it out and replacing as soon as I am able. I was actually asked if my dog had maybe peed on it.

Risky move, we bought this tile online without seeing it in person. It paid off though. Great value. We love this tile. It is different from the basic beiges. Sleek & modern. Please note it is not black, it is more slate, grayish with hints of blue. Much lighter than we had expected. Room lighting affects the look/color. The texture has a very nice feel. Not slippery. We had it installed 2 months ago. We want to purchase more & continue it throughout the house. Dog hair and sand do show, just as with any darker colored tile. Everyone that sees it says, wow looks natural stone/slate.

Finally installed and it's beautiful
We finally got it installed in our master bath. It's beautiful. Are use Fusion Pro grout/platinum color and we installed a radiant heat floor.
The photo the floor isn't cleaned yet as we are still finishing up the remodel.

This tile is beautiful, however I have a top of the line blade for my tile saw and when cutting it chipped. Since it is porcelain it is a bright white that shows. I installed it in a bathroom with warm gray walls and under soft white light it has a bluish tint to it.

Took almost 2 weeks for delivery to store. Tile removed for original tile box and placed in a large cardboard box. Every piece was broken/cracked. Tile has a very busy pattern which was not shown on the website. Immediately returned.

Color was what I was looking for and the delivery was on time. I found the top finish on the title to be thin and easily chipped. After installation the top surface edges chipped in a couple of spots. Also, I tried to return a few boxes of left over material in fully packaged boxes to Home Depot to which they denied because it was a stock product.

Florida Tile wishes to gather further information on your installation since the issue description does not align with the tested results for Galactic. Its Mohs hardness rating tested at 7-Quartz. Perhaps there is dried grout haze from the installation left on top of the tile, but our Team would need to review the installed tile. With regards to returns, that is assessed at the point of purchase level. However, items from online orders typically can be returned in full 'Unit of Measure' increments. If the order lists the 'Pack Unit of Measure,' then it typically can be returned in Pack UOM increments of 136.20 sq. ft. (or 10 cases). Good price. Just had this installed in my bathroom.
Piece size varied a bit, and under the black finish is a white face. So If you drop/scratch the tile, a white finish shows beneath. A little odd but for the price it makes sense.
The color and texture of the tile is nice, though.

Can't get it shipped
Similar to other reviews, I am going on three months and I can't seem to get my hands on the product. 1 of 3 packages has come but we've placed the order 3 different times through home depot and it never arrives. Bathroom is 3/4 of the way done. Super frustrating

Never arrived
Like another reviewer, I never received my tiles after over 2 months. Every time the delivery date passes and I call the store I am either told that it will arrive in 3 days (it doesn’t) or I’m told that Fed Ex must have lost the shipment.. so we place a new order, and the same thing happens again! We have placed 4 separate orders at this point, clearly I should have given up long ago. I’ve had an unusable bathroom this whole time, the toilet and sink were uninstalled in preparation for tiling.

Paid and never recevied
As of writing this review I have not received my tile. I originally bought it on February 18th with the delivery date to the store being 2/29/24. That came and went… I waited until 3/13 to call support about the matter. They said there was no shipping info and the tracking had no details. They sent in a new order and stated it would be delivered to the store on 3/19. I go to the store on the 19th and they say the same thing. No tracking info and no details, but the expected pickup date would be 3/24. It is now 3/25 and I have not received any update and still do not have my tile!!!
I would not but this tile because you might never get it.
