It simply did not work. When it was supposed to go to a new cycle (wash, spin) it didn't but emitted a long series of beeps that lasted until I turned it off (as long as 10 minutes) Disappointing, I tried to buy a US brand.

Works well, simple style, clean white!
Wonderful washer. Cycles is a bit long for my liking, but it runs well and cleans clothes and things perfectly. Has a large space inside, when it fills with water, it sounds like water is running everywhere, but it’s just the stainless steal being hit by the water. I do not mind now that I’m used to it.

I wasn’t expecting much when purchasing this. We purchased the set and couldn’t be happier! The wash takes awhile, but I’ve been using year 2000 washer and dryer for so many years now. This is perfect, and I’m loving how my whites are no longer grayish.

protection plans Home Depot
BEWARE-READ YOUR PROTECTION PLAN/WARRANTY IN DETAIL: ordered washer 3/1/24,machine arrived 3/6/24 no water, odd hose installation,Didn't stay long enough for me to test machine. Service call fixed water, odd hose, but man could not understand my questions. Read questions/answers Home Depot website, attempted them, read downloaded manual. Issues not resolved. Receipt says "can only be returned to store in 3 days." Now too late. Purchase is still within 30 days-not allowed to file a claim. Plan is for parts & 3 attempts to repair, not for unsuccesful attempts to get machine features to work. Suggested calling local Home Depot and asking if washer could just be exchanged. No, but a miracle lady arranged for a refund. No return of protection plan $$. Have ordered another washer with different features and am holding my breath.

Easy learning controls
Top Load Washer was easy to use controls, and works very well. We needed to use the second rinse feature to drain water from clothing. This aids to better drying. but set it and forget it.

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER
Do not waste your time and money on this. If you HAVE to buy this take all available warranty extensions. You will need them. On a budget 6 months ago I bought this and matching dryer. MISTAKE! You get what you pay for - a useless, barely-functional washer. It is TRASH. Washing a small towel, pillowcase, or similar - fine. If you want to do other NORMAL THINGS, such as a small blanket, FORGETABOUTIT. USELESS. It does not spin the water out AT ALL and you are left with a 20-pound water-logged baby blanket with no way to wring it out. Sending it through the spin feature twice WILL NOt WORK. THIS IS A nonfunctional, useless, irrevocably-flawed washing machine the manufacturer should be put out of business.

Works well-Dissapointed with features
Washer is nice. Little louder than expected but that ok as it’s in my basement. Disappointed that there isn’t a soap dispenser for liquids.

Went to store to purchase but they don’t have any dryers in stock. Have to pay $50 for delivery. That’s not my problem. Home depot should’ve covered the delivery. Or just put it in price.

Not sure I am happy with the new washer. The spin cycle leaves my clothes to wet to dry. I have to do an extra spin with every load. It does bunch up the clothes even when place evenly to begin with. I had a GE before that worked much better even though it was an older model. I would not buy again.

If your clothes are too wet at the end of the cycle, you may want to make sure you’re using the correct cycle and the washer is leveled with items spread evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket.
