Used these for whirly gigs to put wings on

They never actually pack the material. They throw it in the box. One time I got a level that was beat to hell. Anyway, here is yet another example. I'll be buying elsewhere if at all possible.

Repair drawers in my RV fifth wheel, increase the depth of the drawer by adding 1.25" of cedar. Fasteners worked great #8 screws 2 inch long with self tapping also glue cedar pieces in place-

Absolute garbage. The depth of the star drive is to shallow so provided bit fits to loosely and tip is to dull making it very difficult to even use. The screw will hardly stay on drive bit.I had a crew over so couldn't just stop work to go buy different screws so it added extra labor and cost. I have used same screw years ago and did not have trouble like this.

I used these to hang a vinyl soffit ceiling on a farmers porch instead of traditional roofing nails. Work perfectly and made the job move along quickly.

You get a nice-looking box, the promise of a screw that can handle treated wood and not lose its washers. The screws break far more frequently than ordinary zinc wood screws. Ordinary screws have a thicker, clearance-sized shank, but these GRK Ubergrade screws have a thinner, tap-sized shank. After predrilling and installing nearly 150 of these screws in Ipe hardwood, I had a 2% failure rate across three boxes of these screws. They always broke at the head. I can’t use these where it counts.

I recommend I used them to fix heavy shelves on the wall, they did a good job. are reliable and easy to use.

Great Proper screws for your cabinet installation..not like those that used sheet rock screws on my old kitchen..Do it Right or Dont do it at All

Exactly what I needed to fasten my coalville cabinets to the wall. Had plenty of distance nailing straight to the studs although I had to buy for inch deck screws to toenail the top corners of the cabinets but the screws got good grip. It comes with a bit. That works fine and I have plenty of screws left over. Can't ask for more than that

I used these per recommendation from a worker at home depot. I am attempting to connect cabinets together for a furniture piece. These screws stripped to the point where I can't get them out of the cabinets and some of them never made it all the way into the cabinets before stripping. These advertised as "zero stripping", but that is all I experienced. Now I have some major issues and potentially ruined cabinets..

Installed 16 cabinets with these and they all went in perfect. The star heads never strip and allow for a nice and tight hold. Its nice that each package includes a fresh star bit, comes in handy. Love these screws, I don't think I will ever buy a phillips head again. with a 1/8" drill bit for hardwood, the screws still fit tight with no cracking or splitting.

Nice looking screws, might be ok for decorative purpose. However they could not hold one two by four attached to the post. All four screws broke in half after a week, no pressure at all, just a weight of the plank. Maybe I got a bad batch, mine made in Taiwan, bought in HomeDeport #1213.

Excellent Screws !! We used them to apply our J-channels and soffit panels around our house rebuilding.

These are being used for outdoor decorative craft projects. Look great and work well. Would definitely recommend.

The GRK star drive screws are very high quality. They were developed mainly to enhance tamper resistance with ensured snug fits. The star design drivers cut down on the risk stripping the screw heads,slippage, etc. Also, they are designed for use in interior and exterior conditions. I already have built several projects with great results. I'm very pleased with them. I would definitely buy GRK screws again.

The GLK fasteners are pretty cool to use and to have. They come in different sizes and I really like the way they work into any kind of cabinetry that’s needed. The box comes with a complementary T-15 star bit but I would get an extra one because the star bit really doesn’t last much longer than 20 screws. If you are planning to fasten in these into metal studs, you’ll need to be sure you’ve got a pretty good drill that will apply some force to penetrate. Otherwise with a standard drill, you’ll need to pre-drill with 1/8 inch bit to start and it’ll fasten quite nicely. You’ll get an extra bonus because these do very well with treated wood with this size in any size that you choose to buy. I love this stuff and I’m glad to give it a five star rating because it is well worth better than five stars.

These are one of the best screws I've used. They go into the product with ease due to the self drilling tips on the screws. The holding power is amazing. Can be used in outdoor applications also. GRK fasteners are the best.

Nice self-tapping screw with washer head. Perfect for certain projects.

Great screw for soft wood or thin wood. Used it on 3/8 plywood and 3/4" mdf board. I keep different sizes on hand for all projects. The T15 bit size doesnt slip or strip!

Great product awesome for cabinet projects and the self tapping heads make easy work with screw placement. Highly recommend this product for any wood working project has a clean and professionally outcome.

I've been using these GRK star screws for a long time, and really love them. The star drive comes in the box, which assures a no slip driving them into the wood, and also easily removable to use over and over. These come in all sizes, have flat heads as well as thin heads for furniture projects whereas the small heads easily set deep enough to fill and paint. The neat box snaps shut, flat stacking for storage, With my driver drill and a magnet driver, these GRK screws is all I use anymore.

Perfect for the job i was working on

A bit expensive for what I am doing with these, BUT.... I like these for working in close quarters instead of trying to use nails. They have a well thought out design with the "drill" tip and washer head. They are good for mounting cabinets as well (there designed purpose). I have used these for a number of projects and I have taken to making sure I have these on hand before starting jobs where they will make the work easier and make a secure attachment (they are screws, not nails). It is also nice to be able to just unscrew than need to PRY parts apart if needed. (Less damage to the work) The frame in this picture was attached to the joists and assembled in place using these screws. (project in progress.. still)
