We bought this for my mother-in-law who lives in an assisted living facility. She really likes it and all the nurses that have helped her have remarked how nice this is. One stated it was the nicest shower in the entire facility!

I like the sliding feature of the second shower head...
I like the sliding feature of the second shower head because I am a short person. Controls are easy to reach and I don’t have to get my hair wet if I choose not to.

Much better than their pervious model. Diverter valve is much smoother and the joint above it has been re-enforced. Look like this one should last substantially longer than the 3-4 years the last 2 models.

product is exactly what I wanted, but shortly after installing it , it started to leak at screws ...
product is exactly what I wanted, but shortly after installing it , it started to leak at screws in the downward connection tube and now the bracket that holds and adjusts hand held shower head is breaking apart on the under side. I contacted customer service because I have not been able to locate repair parts... To date NO ONE has returned my call like they said they would!!!

There are two attachments included in the box for the wall bar, a suction cup or a self adhesive pad. We recommend using the self adhesive pad and properly preparing the surface by cleaning with an alcohol based cleaner. The handheld and fixed shower head on this wall bar both offer the ability to pivot to adjust the direction of the spray and the handheld can travel the length of the wall bar to change the height of the spray or accessibility of the shower head. I have had mine for 3 years now. The only thing that goes wrong is the suction cup that holds the bar to the shower wall--it gets hard/brittle and looses its suction after about 2 years. The unit comes with a permanent mount if you OWN your shower wall, but for me I rent. I just called the 1-800 number and they shipped a new suction cup to me for free without asking any questions other than "what's your address"!!
