I have to say that this part did not work....
I have to say that this part did not work. It's the wrong size. I would return it, but it's dirty from trying to fit in the drain.
I am at an impasse on this project. I really need some help with it. Thanks.

The stopper did not fit in the drain hole. I had to save the sides of the stopper and saw about 1 inch from the bottom. Finally, decided not to use the stopper.

These parts are specific to certain Glacier Bay faucets as well as how long you have had the unit installed. Some faucets may look identical but if it is an older model or newer, the parts may have changed. If you did not order the correct one for the faucet model that you have, it will not work properly or will not fit. However, most Glacier Bay faucets come with a limited lifetime warranty so we suggest you contact the Home Depot Customer Care Department and they would be glad to assist you in finding the correct parts for your faucet model. They can be reached at 1-877-527-0313 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
