Replaced old soap dispenser with Glacier Bay soap dispenser. Very sturdy construction. Takes two people to replace and install new. Took less than an hour to replace two dispensers. Rubber gasket helps to keep area from collecting dried on water residue. In the photo is Glacier Bay Povillion pull down faucet also purchased at Home Depot. Finishes match exactly. Installed two different spouts this one is straight. The second one is arched. Helps distinguish hand soap from dish soap. Super easy to refill. Pull out center stem and pour in soap. I use a wide opening funnel to limit mess and waste.

This is a great basic soap dispenser. It's nothing fancy, but it will match any decor. The finish is shiny and bright. Installation was simple and straight-forward. The dispenser seems sturdy enough to accommodate standard hand soap, as well as lotion soap (this was what caused the demise of our last soap dispenser). On note, the straw in the soap pump seems to come out easily. Make sure that it is inserted tightly into the pump to prevent it from slipping out. All in all, a great basic option at a great price point!

Why can't this be made in the USA?

It has worked well for the few months it has been in use. got a dried clog in it once(soap came out where it sticks up- messy!), but I it cleaned out and it is working again.

Perfect addition to our new sink

Everything in Home Depot said that this product was in 'Satin Nickel' except the package - it says stainless steel. Too bad because I really wanted 'Satin Nickel'. Product works as expected.

Much easier to use than the old one it replaced. Tip: for working in the tight quarters under a sink be sure to use a basin wrench.

Difficult to push the dispenser top down, not what I was expecting.

This is the 4th one of these I have purchased. They all have a fatal flaw that continues to render them useless. The plastic neck on the bottle dries out over time. Attempting to remove the bottle causes the neck to snap off. You can’t just replace the bottle, you have to buy the whole thing. Another $25 down the drain.

Had it for about 67 months went to use it thought it was empty which it was filled it now I push it down. It will not come back up and I keep pulling it up and down to try to prime it and it does not work it is a piece of junk.

Great - wish they would sell bottles separately - have to replace every time the bottle breaks away
