Overall I'm very happy with this product. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star rating is because the t-value (which I see other people have also had issues with in the reviews) did not at all work with my toilet. It would not thread properly and after much frustration and leaking water I took it of and ordered a t-value from a different company (as others had suggested in the reviews). Using a different t-valve, I was able to install the product without any problem. Now that I can use the bidet I've been very happy with it. The only improvement I'd make is for it to come with something to place under the seat in the front because after installation the seat is slightly higher in the back means I have to sit up off the seat a little in order to allow the arm to fully extend for use. Not a big deal but it's not a perfect fit, so I thought I'd mention it. Good product but for the price I would have really expected the t-value to fit. I didn't return it because with the stay-at-home order I didn't want to deal with going into the hardware store for the return. I'm glad I purchased a replacement for their faulty t-value but that added another $28 to the over all price. GoBidet should really stop supplying that t-value and go with another option.

Nice strong flow, gets the job done, pretty easy install. Use less TP.

Knock off half a star for not being able to keep the toilet seat on evenly despite the provided spacer. Functionality and ease of installing are great.

Has been installed 5 days now. Quality is excellent. Feels sturdy like its going to last forever. Cold water is not as bad as I expected. Only issue I had was with installation. My American Standard toilet did not have a clean hole for the bolt to go through to attach it. I had to grind the uneven spots off the toilet to get the bolt to fit through, but that was easy enough. Otherwise pretty straightforward to install.

The bidet has a great amount of pressure. The lever to conceal and reveal the bidet spout is great for angling the water where it is needed so you don’t have to move around as much as you would on a bidet where the spout is stationary.

Installed in about 15 minutes. Instructions were great. I have had there of these now for over 15 years and just added 2 more to a vacation home, cannot live without them. I had tried the plastic ones many years ago but they always failed and leaked after a year or so and these appear to never need replacing.

Great quality, unfortunately I had to return it. Did not fit in my French curve toilet!

Easy assembly. Fits and works perfectly.

I like the bidet. I just wish it were easier to keep clean or self cleaning. This is the best one but I got it the first time for 99$ plus tax and now it is 176$ including tax. Be sure if your toilet seat smashes it down get a couple of rubber washers and super glue them to the underside of the seat, problem solved.

I had the same bidet for 15 years and moved it to 2 house and it still worked perfect it just looked bad green etc from age. The new one installed easily and works great and really looks great. I would recommend this to be on all toilets as a standard
