I love this coffee maker, had one like it forever. But this one leaked the first week. Will return and buy another like it.

Easy to use, makes great coffee and no glass pot to deal with.

I love it! The only problem I have is my husband's hug 40 Oz coffee mug doesn't fit in the area where the coffee comes out I fill it as much as I can Leaning the cup.and fill it the rest of the way using a smaller coffee cup.

We had a previous model of the brew station which appeared to have a design flaw that resulted in clear water running out mysteriously on our countertop. I didn't want to purchase another design flawed unit. Other manufacturers were entirely too expensive for the product produced. I found that the new design addressed the leaking problem. The only thing I found to be a problem was: At times we like the coffee to be warmed beyond the 4 hour time set. The computer is so smart it won't allow it. I tells you to pour water and shuts off the pot. The old station didn't care about that it would cycle on for another 4 hours if you wanted, but it wasn't potty trained. With all of that said this is a great improvement, We love it!

Replaced the old same coffee maker with new one. Old one started leaking. Product is good for 3 to 5 yrs. Then needs to be replaced.

This unit leaked from it's first use, cup put under to dispense coffee and coffee ran down behind cup, returned to Home Depot.

Had this model for years, needed replaced, bought same one and it leaks when you are pouring your coffee. Bought another one thinking it was defective and same thing happened. Contacted customer service and never heard back from them. Very disappointed.

I have had a Brewstation for nearly a decade. Love not having a carafe. However, after ordering this replacement for my older one, I have to admit that the design causes unnecessary problems, the main one being that the dispenser 'leaks' all over the counter. Many reviewers complained about this, but I didn't read those until after I had ordered this one. The trick - in case anyone is reading this - is to set your cup on the flat part and use your finger to push the dispenser-bar. Otherwise some of the coffee spills over the backside of the mug, and onto the counter (despite their being a little reservoir that should catch this). Also, after a couple years the flow from the holding chamber is greatly reduced because the little screen unit gets impossibly clogged slowly but surely. We got to where we would just lift off the holding chamber and pour from there. There is also often water leaks at the base; why that happens I've never figured out. So, this will be our last HB product. Though I would love to give this coffee maker 5 stars, I simply cannot recommend it to others.

Love the push to pour feature but it leaks after filling the cup. Tried moving the cup slower didn’t seem to work. Also coffee does not get very hot.

I love the coffee pots just what I wanted

Bought this for my mom. Its convenient not having to use a kiraffe or kcups but definitely wishing we would have gotten the one with the fill station on the side. If you're not careful, it will leak while filling. Otherwise, we all like it.

Purchased this coffee maker to replace the exact same one we have had for years that was worn out. Works great. Love it.

This pot leaked coffee all over the counter each time we used it. I tryed to push the self level used to dispense the coffe every way we could and it still leak down the front, missing the catch basket and all over the counter. I no longer have it, I got rid of it, very frustrating mess every time we used it.

I will be returning product, it leaks all over my countertop. Horrible product.

THIS IS A GOOD MACHIINE. I WOULD HAVE LIKED A LIGHT WHEN TAKING COFFEE. AND IT COULD BE A LITTLE HEAVIER AS THE MACHINE MOVES WHEN I PUSH MY CUP AGAINST THE COFFEE BUTTON. OTHER THAN THAT I AM HAPPY WITH THE SMALLER SIZE AND IT MAKES GOOD COFFEE. THOSE IMPROVEMENTS, I THINK WILL GET IT 5 STARS.

This is the worst coffeemaker I've ever had. The coffee does not get hot so even though it's got a four hour stay hot time, it's useless. When I press my cup against the reservoir to get my coffee it leaks. I'm constantly wiping up coffee from my counter. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Makes great coffee, but you have to be careful when you press for a cup. Coffee wants to run behind cup and down to the base.

Pot leaks when you try to get a cup of coffee

I returned it and ordered the 10 cup, for some reason I could not figure out the bottom of the dispenser pot leaked water from the bottom after filling the reservoir. Water went every where and the dispenser was crooked so hot tea went in the cup and onto the counter. They tried it at the store and got the same results! The ten cup "pot" does not hang over the water that may be the reason or gaskets where left out.

This brew-station was all I expected and more,very easy to use and convenient!

Well pleased with my Hamilton Beach Brewstation. It shipped fast.
