Works very well. Dents on top and bottom of unit. And I had it delivered to the store, instead of home to prevent this. The manufaturer simply doesn’t provide enough padding for the unit for shipping. Quality control is somewhat sloppy, (paint runs all over unit). But the unit itself works great, does just what it is intended to do.

Hessaire evaporative cooler
This cooler is a piece of junk. We have not had it for six months yet and have had to replace the pump already and now the motor is going out! I do not recommend it! A waste of money!

No, I’m sorry to say! When we opened the box and the air conditioner, all the insides and screws were all in pieces rattling around inside. We took the unit back for a refund.

The 700 sq ft area prob has 8ft ceilings. I was looking for something for my shop. I needed more capacity.

very cheap
I've had this two days and it's very poorly made. no water access for float valve. weak H2O pump. lots of sharp edges. Filter panels were too tight. Air levers are cheap plastic come apart easily. Water distribution ports different sizes for poor water distribution. not at all worth the money

It does the job, but the metal air vent fins are all cracked new out of box, there is not much difference between high and low. Also, you have to adjust each blade vent one at a time. But it absolutely does cool my 700sq ft insulated work shed. Overall, for the price, I am happy with it.

The wrong evaporative cooler was sent for the second time. The home Depot is120 miles away. So I've wasted nearly 500 miles in my pickup truck and still no cooler.

badly put together cooler
I have had this brand of cooler and loved it for four years, but the one I enjoy is a different model. This one was put togather by people who dont
care, I got it with parts left out, and the ones i got are faulty and I have to buy new ones. Even the pads have to be replaced before I can use it. I have to replace the grommet before I can use it also.
I recomend you buy a different one all together.

5 days in and pump failed
Assembly is terrible and crooked so good luck getting it to look nice in the window no matter how well the base is built. Feels like tin foil compared to older evaps. And today a week after purchasing my water pump is out. Never ran dry. Piece of junk.
