We really liked the design, but the ink from the manufacturer was so strong that we have to return both the runner and large rug. The customer service is excellent and I would have kept if the rugs did not smell of the strong ink used by the manufacturer..

I ordered this rug for my daughter and then ordered the same rug (2 actually and a runner) for myself after I saw hers.
Unfortunately, I got the blue one instead of the ivory/blue - and there IS a difference.
The rug is good quality and very pretty.
I spoke to customer service and am returning the rugs at our local store and re-ordering again.
I now have to roll up the rug I laid down and lug it and the other one to the store. A bit of hassle I think, but necessary.
Hoping with the new order that I get the right color this time.
