Awesome Warranty-
Purchased 6/2020, worked great until it konked out 9/2922.I’m new to STL(SO MUGGY/wet here)I had no idea how much I would need this-honestly I had no idea of what these things do. I keep @65, and in 2022, after a massive deluge of rain, went down to basement & it was so muggy-Contacted Honeywell via email expecting limited or no assistance. Was told to send pic of unit w cord cut.I sent pic, new unit sent and I rec’d it in a few days. 5yr warranty!! Would buy again!

Honeywell Dehumidifier
Great quality product, fit, finish and function are easy to understand. Its well built and performs great by pulling the water out of the air. The sunroom is much more hospitable. Displaying the current humidity level on the front of the machine is a plus. As you can read the illuminated digits from a distance and while seated.]

Weak
I purchased a GE of similar size first and it worked flawlessly right out of the box. The GE was my first humidifier for reference. The Honeywell wasn’t as sturdy, felt cheap & flimsy. Ran both units in a water damaged room and the GE pulled almost twice the humidity.

Doing the Job
Surprised how warm the dehumidifer keeps the room that it is in. Also surprised how much moisture is in my house because every 4 hours I need to empty out the water container. As far as I can tell the dehumidifer is doing exactly what it said it would do.

Pump doesn't work.
That simple. Does not work at all. Been seeing similar reviews all across the internet. Obviously it's a known problem. Likely just re-shipping returned units and not bothering to fix the issue. Should've done more research prior to purchase.

Stopped working
We had this model for two months and it has stopped working. Called Honeywell and was on phone for one hour. I was unable to speak with them as they do not answer the phone.

warranty honored
Wow! Hard to find a company that will stand by behind their product but Honeywell did with this item. Was just a minor issue with the water bucket and they promptly replaced it. I was very impressed and satisfied. The dehumidifier works wonderful for a large basement area. I most certainly will buy another Honeywell dehumidifier in the future.

I would give it a 5 rating but I cannot...
I would give it a 5 rating but I cannot figure out why it works fine most of the time with the direct hose to drain (gravity fed) yet at times the bucket will fill up instead and the unit shuts down. Maybe our friends at Honeywell can enlighten me.

Great Product!!
Excellent product... works as they say...no more smell in basement..
Have pump on and humidity level set .... works perfectly...self regulates keeping humidity at 55 as suggested...
I have tried each of there settings to ensure they do what the say... yup! Works like a charm...
The 4 instead of 5 is due to not clear instructions...
I recommend this to anyone who wants to set and leave it...

The port on the back is too narrow to allow...
The port on the back is too narrow to allow water to flow out and not down into the tank. Contacted manufacturer and they said to prop it up two inches in the front to get it to the drain. This caused the fins in the back to freeze. Not a good unit.

Did this meet my expectations? Well I guess it would have if I only expected it to last a month. I’m guessing it was the compressor that went. Fortunately Home Depot has a 90 day return policy. I have reordered and will give Honeywell one more try. Hey you never know I just might get one that works.

I have been using this dehumidifier for a couple weeks...
I have been using this dehumidifier for a couple weeks now and it has removed a lot of water from my basement. It is very easy to use and has kept the humidity level much lower. I am pleased with this unit.
