This is a relatively nice and fairly simple thermostat. The installation was a bit challenging. The directions are poor at best. I had to log on to connect to the thermostat. Meaning I need a technical assistance but once it’s in it completely meets my needs.

Easy installation registration setup and operation. Far better than all other higher rated thermostats. Full function and control at home and away. Beautiful display that's visible from a great distance. The weather report is a nice function that is very accurate.

I have tried other Honeywell thermostats. This is my favorite. It was very easy to set up and has performed flawlessly. I’ve heard comments about the touchscreen and lack of some features. For my use, this is absolutely perfect. Not everybody needs a thermostat that has a lot of extra functions. This also worked well with my heat pumps and auxiliary emergency heat. I like it so much I bought another for downstairs.

Easy to install and setup. Love the app control and access but the touch screen isn’t very responsive so you really have to press the screen hard and repeatedly on the device. Otherwise this thermostat looks great and works well.

The touch screen of this color thermostat was not sensitive enough & was hard to use. This thermostat last less than 6 months and its sensor became bad and required replacement. I replaced it with a T9 which I consider is a much better thermostat.

Very easy to install and a real money saver with my electric bill. The remote operation through my IPhone app works perfectly as well as Alexa. Very easy to use. Very happy with my purchase.

Love this thermostat! I couldn't give it 5 stars because the touch screen is very touchy.

I haven't found anything to dislike. I love the ease of setting the schedule that doesn't get lost when you lose power. My favorite option is the ability to change the temperature right from my own bed or by asking my Google assistant. Get one!

Horrible thermostat, has a mind of its own, set schedule and it doesn’t abide by schedule, thermostat set to 77 and runs down to 74, called Honeywell tech and they just suggested swapping out

Love my new thermostat! I’m able to change the temperature of my house while away or in another room! I love the weather forecast on the app of my phone to be able to check upcoming weather!

Wall plate connectors break very easily and there are no replacement parts available. Was told by support that I would have to buy a whole new unit. Not covered under warranty. Missing lock down tab and now the wires will not stay in place. 1.5 years old and had to move it to paint room. Unreal this is in production.

I feel its to early yet to ask for a review as all system have not been fully tested. Example its winter so AC has not been fully vetted. Heat wise spot on, works perfectly with the unit interface direct, the phone app, google mini and alexa studio intigration has been flawless. The unit install was straight forward and intuative and I am not a HVAC proficient individual so it was well thought out and communicated via instructions.

So far so good. Only complaint is that the Wire connectors tabs are fragile and one already broke during installation as I had to try to remove the wire.

I really like the large display and easy to read face. I was expecting more features for a "Smart" thermostat. I thought it would have the capability to set high and low temps, both A/C and heat.

So nice to he able to go on vacation and know the house temp is okay. I turned down the temp while gone for 10 days, and when i was on t h e way home turned back up to normal. Walked back in my house 3 hours later to a warm cozy house. Also love that it tells me outside temp and humidity. I also change the colors of the background to what matches the season. Love this!

So easy to control you heat fan and cool easy to set your temperature over the phone save one hundred dollars the first month of use in February

Had to do a quick update to furnish a "C" wire to the thermostat from the furnace control board... No biggie but have used the remote function several times! And rely on the good view of the thermostat from across the room!

WiFi Color Touchscreen Thermostat replacement for a Chronotherm 7 day programmable thermostat that was installed in 1997. The installation of the new thermostat was quite simple but since the older one was much larger in size it left an area where the paint was different. It would be nice to have a base plate that would help cover the difference in size of the new unit.So I made my own custom plate with space for the wiring since my application is a Heat Pump/ Electric Heat air handler. The instructions are pretty simple and other than coming up with a base plate took about 20 minutes install time including the programming and WiFi setup. I really like the thermostat showing outdoor temperature and humidity and the ability to adjust temperature from our mobile devices.So far the WiFi thermostat has been keeping the temperature constant and comfortable while cycling the heat pump efficiently. In fact the electric usage has dropped 3.2% since the billing period while still maintaining the current set point.

Finally got this thermostat installed at my cabin up north. Can now get the heat going before I get up there. Used to take until early evening to get to a comfortable level.

Great thermostat! I didn't realize how much of a difference it would make. The house is warmer and stays on schedule.

Great to have a wireless thermostat. Only issue we have is that approx 3PM every day, it goes into recovery mode. It runs until it reaches the next schedule heat setting.

I am very pleased with my new Honeywell WiFi smart color thermostat. It’s was easy to install and is easy to use. Love that you can customize the screen color. Also, having WiFi capability is great. I can monitor my thermostat from anywhere.

So simple and beautiful! Looks so up to date and nice. I actually purchased a different brand smart thermostat while it was being installed I ran out and grabbed this one instead! It was more money but just looked so much nicer than a circles white thermostat. Only thing I wish this did was work with Alexia. But other than that I’m very happy. Very simple to use the app is super easy as well.

Beautiful piece of tech. No more back and forth to the thermostat. The heat/cooling schedule is the bomb. Just a complete time and money saving jewel.

Relatively simple install. I replaced an older digital thermostat and needed to add the C wire. I opted to use an adapter rather than the directions to not allow control of the fan. Unit works well and so does the remote APP. I also like the circulate feature and had to look up the "recovery" because I thought something was wrong. Actually, it just ramps to the next temp setting so keep that in mind since it starts heating well before you need it.
