Excellent faucet with excellent quality. Easy installation took 20 minutes of have some plumbing knowledge. 4 star rating is because the pictures and description says its primary color is black but it’s actually more of a dark gray, not black at all and the parts meant to offset in gold seem more brushed nickel kind of gold.

After only a year the paint is chipping so bad we don't wear rings we ha e no idea what is taking the pai t off. Extremely poor quality do not reccomend

I could not wait to get this installed into our newly built home until we realized that it doesn't work. We have been in our house for two years now. The main faucet does not reach out far enough over the sink. It's not long enough. When I fill a pot it hits against the faucet and the sink. The pull-down option is the worst. It barely pulls down and you cannot reach the sink to clean it out, not to mention there is no water pressure to do anything with it. Expensive piece of junk. Do not buy!!!

Little over 2 years since purchasing and we barely use the sprayer cause it gets too hot to hold, but it’s now broken (leaking and eventually spraying out in your face). Also scratches off the black where it meets the sprayer handle. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this.

The sprayer needs to extend more

Look great, but the hose for the spray arm is too short. Doesn't allow for great reach which is a big let down. If I could get a longer arm, would give it a 5 out of 5.

This faucet is not only beautiful, it is engineered to be a functional work of art. It is a sleek and contemporary addition to any kitchen that adds an element of design sophistication. I couldn't be happier with the look of it in my home. Further to this, we really enjoy the dual functionality of the pot filler and the length of reach in the removable sprayer head. And, of course, the matte black finish is the cherry on the cake -- it looks so sharp while being easy to clean and after having it for about a month, I do not find it collects water marks or spots at all. Unfortunately, I ordered this faucet from Amazon, and they sent it in the wrong finish. After much back and forth with them, we realized that they wouldn't exchange it, despite the fact that the one we wanted actually cost less then the one they sent. Naturally, I was upset since our other kitchen faucet is also from Kraus and I wanted the finishes on both to match. Thank goodness, I was able to get in touch with Quinn Allen, who is on the customer service team at Kraus. She not only rectified the issue with Amazon, but she also ensured we received the proper faucet in a timely fashion. She was personal, professional and courteous and showed an unprecedented level of care for our situation. She is the reason that I will be returning to Kraus products as I continue my renovation. It's people like her that drive brand loyalty.

Looks great, but our sprayer stopped working after about 14 months. Seems to be a common problem, but Kraus customer service has been terrible. Jumping through hoops to get them to simply send me a new diverter, (which the video on their website says they will do), but other information says only a 1 year warranty. 1 year on a $400 faucet?

I purchased an Artec Pro Kraus in 2011 and looking to replace it after working 12 years with no problems (very satisfied with the quality). Naturally, I was very interested to look at the 2nd Gen Artec Pro but I find it disappointing that the new faucet has shrunk in reach and is no longer lockable. The pot filler is great but not mandatory for our replacement. What faucet in your range do you recommend?

After less than a week I was having issues with my faucet. This is a nice faucet, however the craftsmanship is poor. I was sent a new faucet from the company because it has lots of scratches on the sprayer head from the magnetic holder and also the I’m getting very low pressure when using the hot water. Too many issues with this faucet for it to only be one week old!

only issue is i cant pull the faucet down as much as i would like other than that great faucet good pressure and looks great

great water pressure and love the spring loaded shutoff for sprayer. sprayer hose spring is rigid and limits range as I have a huge sink

Professional grade faucets I have used, only dispense water over the sink. This one dispenses 360. The spray head occasionally sticks on. Would be a great hands free feature if it was controllable. Definitely not the quality I exexpected at the price.

Why I did not award a 5-star review: the spray hose does not extend when in use, and when used from that height it sprays everywhere. The product would be better if the hose was retractable.

My wife loves it. Has the features that she wanted.

Excellent faucet. The magnet keeps the faucet aligned and neat. The handle is easy to turn on and off. Love it price is good.

Looked amazing. Seemed perfect, but the HD plumber claimed it was defective

Karus kitchen faucet wonderful.....only problem is registration of warranty. Can't locate BATCH NUMBER Home Depot placed a sticker over number on the box. And the delivery time was a 1 star.(Home Depot)

The sales promo didn't mention that the "pot filler" is the main water source, unless you hold the lever for the spray. We found no way to have the spray remain on without holding the lever. Plus, the spray handle did not pull down. This was inferior to other products costing much less. We returned this item.

We love this faucet.

As others have stated, this is a great looking faucet and the pot filler works well. The problem is with the design of the "pull-down" sprayer. The most you can lower it from its set position is maybe one or two inches meaning that you'll be spraying nearly a foot over the top of your sink. This makes a complete mess of the area around you sink and doesn't let you spray things that are in the sink. It's functionally useless.
