Like many of the reviews that are less than 5 stars, the issue is minor damage. Kimberly Bay need to reevaluate it packaging and handling methods to better prevent the damage. IF you buy these doors (and I do recommend them), be sure to inspect them before accepting them. I bought 4 doors and all 4 had damage. I received an adjustment from HD before I accepted 3. They had to reorder the 4th due to the amount of damage. The adjustment was for the labor involved in my having to repair the gouges (on the faces) and dents (especially on the edges) before painting them.

Used the 30 X 80 panel to hang as a barn door. Very solid and primed very well so our top coat paint went on perfectly.

Doors were pretty badly dinged along corners and edges when they came out of the box.

Quality door at a reasonable price. Works well for the Shaker look and feel.

This solid core door is a good value and built with quality. It comes prime painted white. My test is how the door sounds after it’s hung and hardware is installed and you close the door....it’s a very solid sound.

MDF facing was easily dinged. But a solid door overall. Just be careful when you install

Doors were damaged. Service was good but that doesn't matter when you get something home to find out it's damaged and you have to bring it back.

I didn't read the fine print. Door "technically" isn't solid core wood door as described. It is some sort of "wood" with a melamine top layer. If I had known that, I would not have purchased them

3 of the 4 doors I purchased arrived damaged, even packaged. This is the second time I've purchased doors through Home Depot, and both times multiple doors were damaged and I've had to go through a lengthy return process. It's ridiculous.
