Beautiful
We paid attention to the reviews and purchased new hardware. The doors are beautiful with absolutely no flaws that we could find.

Great Door!!!!
Great door for the price. A few small dents, but over all, looks great after finishing. This replaced an existing door that was painted. The hardware was cheap so I reused the guide and roller from the old door. Works and looks great!!!

Returning to store
Bought a pair of these kits for a coat closet. Doors themselves are nice looking, but super thin. The track and mounting hardware are disgraceful for this price. Not even close to robust enough for everyday use. Overall, these doors are a poor value and feel markedly cheaper than hollow core doors costing less than half the price, which is what I'm returning these for.

It's an OK door. At least it's solid wood, but it is a bit flimsy.

Instructions are terrible and as a result, vague
They very clearly reuse the same directions for multiple products; however, that laziness by the manufacturer results in confusion. Which way is the track supposed to face? that determines the alignment of the inside bracket. My model had 2 holes for connection to the door, which one was I supposed to have on the outside? is the picture left or right mounted? the pictures show a different shape of inside track so that doesn't narrow it down. Took longer than necessary due to bad instructions.

The doors are nice, well-made, solid. They were easy to install and have worked very well. Make sure you get the correct size, if you can't, consider adding to your door jamb to make your opening smaller to fit the next smallest size of door. One of my doors was cracked (not a shipping problem, possible +/- quality assurance), took it right back to home depot for a refund, no problems. Had to re-order the door and it took another week, but worked out well.

      Painting them is a chore
I needed doors for two closets and bought these unfinished, bare wood doors. They are quite light weight, pine I believe, and somewhat fragile, dent, crack, gouge and nick easily. They look good unfinished but a realtor wanted me to paint them before putting my house on the market. Painting was a tedious and monumental project. Panel doors are a pain because of all the grooves and corners. Bare wood requires at least two prime coats, maybe three and this is extremely time consuming if you use a brush. You have to prime all 6 sides of the door; front, back and sides, otherwise they will warp. Next you usually need two finish coats and again a brush gives the best results but again very time consuming. Also messy and the numerous painting materials are expensive. Paint spraying may be easier but very messy and time consuming and rollers won't give you the nice flat, clean finish. I will NEVER buy unfinished bare wood doors again.

        Kimberly Bay 36" x 80" Bi Fold
I just open up the box for the Kimberly Bay Bi fold door. It said it was made in Chile. My first thought was "cool, South American product". And, then I looked at it closely. The routering on the panels chipped pieces of wood on the edge of most panels. There were gaps in the trim and panels, with joints not sanded to the edge. It was all disappointing that it was such poor workmanship. It was not a door you would want to spend time on finished and would not put it up in a bedroom.

Really like the door and was delivered as scheduled, but the door had a couple of indents on the front that we needed to fill before painting. If we were staining it, we would have had to return it. Overall, a very nice door

            Plastic hardware breaks easily
The door itself isn't too bad, although requires some sanding before finishing due to roughness on the panels. My main issue is that it came with plastic "hardware" to set the door. Super cheap and broke. It's a shame they couldn't provide decent hardware for installing this. Could have been great but someone decided to save 10 cents.

              Mixed results
I have bought two of these and first one was good, just not anything you can just stain and install. Second one had a vertical crack in the entire length of the middle panel, for the length of the panel and the start of flaws around the edges of other panels that would have been fine once finished. I am returning that one and I will find out what the next one is like. That stuff happens, I am not sure if it was dried properly before it was put together or just woodworking, it cracks sometimes
