Easy to install. Works as advertised. Make sure to clean the seat of calcium and hard water deposits when replacing the flapper. No more leaks!

The material the flaps are made of does not last long I am replacing the same flap the is less then 2 years old and the same korky should last 5 to 10 years not 2
