Door is poorly built, low quality. Threshold is 3 separate pieces, rather than a single solid Threshold. It's obvious they build the doors and sidelights separately then just slap them together depending based on what is ordered. Would not recommend.

Came faster than expected. The door was everything I hoped it would be. Hard to pick this stuff online but worked out perfect.

The door had burn marks everywhere.in the photo it’s appears to be attractive on the door but is very deceiving. One of the dark marks came so close to the surface you could see light. I’m totally frustrated, disappointed and on the lookout for purchasing a different door. The store told me reordering would not give me any guarantee that the 2nd door would be any different. And I had to pay for the return!

Door was not stained all over. Gap at the top of the door and the pre hung jam was not wide enough. We had to do a lot to the door to make it presentable.

Clear coat is spotty and areas of the door were not sanded before clear coat.

After staining, this door has received many compliments. It’s beautiful!

The doors are really pretty in person. The build quality isn’t great, there’s a lot of wood filler in various places. One please is the hinge was filled about 1” of wood filler where it seemed the hinge was cut out incorrectly and then redone and filled with wood filler. But honestly all in all the door looks great. So a little sanding and staining and it’s totally unnoticeable.

Door jams are not up to Montana code and are too small.

For the price of this door you would think there would be a little bit more quality control. Two major items that were noted only after installation were; one, a giant knot on the wood right where the handle set goes so there is no way to properly seal around the handle set making a potential place for air infiltration. Two, the bottom metal drip trim was cut too long and it actually cuts into the door jam every time you close the door. I’m not saying it is a bad door, but it certainly could have been better.

Do NOT purchase Krosswood doors! We bought a more expensive model than this, and quality control was off the day it was manufactured. There is black RTV between the glass panes that compressed out onto the interior of the window in three of our nine panes, of course it is the three on the latch side and is right in your view every time you use the door. The door is pre-hung and the factory strip insulation does not join ant the corners leaving large gaps at the bottom where wind blows through. Company was non-responsive to our inquiries.

The door came with over 20 blemishes/holes. I would have had to patch the door in too many places that I could not even use it to stain. I would only be able to paint it after repairing the spots.. which was not my desire.

Beautiful door but unsightly knots. Windows are beveled glass! It will work fine for me.

We did a cabin theme in our house, so this door fit right in. Big mistake!! The door collects mold constantly, even though we have sealed it over and over. The thing I hate the most is that the glass panels are all fogged up from being poorly sealed and you can’t clean them. I would never buy this door again. I can’t believe how much it is now. It was only $900 when I bought it. Would never recommend!!

If your looking for a door with poor quality and holes where sunlight and weather can get in then this is the door for you. Got around to finally staining and sealing the door. When I had it resting upright and light behind it I noticed a large gap where the boards come together. Very poor quality workmanship and apparently no quality control or checks. Waste of money!

We installed this door in August and it warped so much there was about and inch gap in the top corner opposite the hinges. We got a new one through the companies warranty and it was damaged bad enough we didn’t use it and asked for a new one. We got the new one and after a month it’s starting to warp again.

Door arrived quick, got it installed and absolutely love it! Great quality
