I've been using this washer for about a week now. I've probably done 20 loads and I am super happy with it. It does a great job and is super quiet. If you're looking for a large capacity front-load washer, this is it.

Large items like comforters don’t make the machine unbalanced and everything is cleaned well and quite quickly. Uses not only less water but less soap as well. The pedestal washer is great. More features would make it even more interesting but std washing delicates etc is great.

I bought this washer and dryer set and this is the best washer I ever owned. I can wash my bed spreads and don’t have to worry about unbalance wash cycles. I love this set I will give it 10 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is huge! It can easily fit a king-sized comforter and more. The amount of towels it can do at the same time is unreal. I can fit just about every piece of clothing I own into a single load. We've had it for about two years now, without issue. Does a fantastic job, and, again, the capacity is amasing.

This machine replaced our older LG front loader we left at our former home we just sold. This machine is really updated and uses a lot less water. The program choices are really a very wide choices. Go with the best go with LG.

How many vibration issues with our washing machine and they quickly sent out a technician to troubleshoot it and fix it for us right away!! we’re so lucky that we bought these washing machine and dryer and the extension wty is amazing!

Even the Pedestals are solid, functional and much better looking and better quality than the brand that they replaced. We are an LG family from this day forward. We couldn’t be happier.

Did not expect visibly better job at cleaning but stunned at how much better towels looked. Capacity handles thick comforters easily. WiFi notifications nice, but an unnecessary frill. Doubt that it raise prices these days. These are big machines so be sure you have space, but you can’t get giant capacity in smaller machine. Fit comfortably in our laundry room. Controls pretty easy to understand. Optional setting up Wifi to phone app pretty straight forward if you do that sort of things. For those technically challenged really not necessary. Nice looking machines, beautifully styled, but who really cares, it’s a washer/dryer in the laundry room, not a sofa in the living room. Set up/install straight forward, pretty easy to do yourself if inclined in that direction. Do suggest you get delivery to leave unpacked machines in laundry room. These are big and heavy machines, takes some real muscle to carry them in from outside, even if only going over entry threshold, never mind stairs. Minimum of two strong men required. Shoving them into place and leveling if necessary after install of hoses and power can be done by one moderately capable individual.

I bought this to replace another LG set I bought in 2008. That was still working great. I had to replace the drain pump and motor on it in 2020 but that’s not bad for its age. The capacity, style and app are amazing. I can fit my king comforter in there and still have room

There is no better washing machine on the market. We absolutely love this Model. The disappointing part was the horrendous delivery company that messed up what should have been a joyous occasion. See my Dryer review for specifics. LG Concierge Service to the rescue. They did what they said they would when they said they would do it and deserve all the praise we can heap on them. I can't express how grateful we are to them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for 6 months and it is quiet and fast. Some cycles we are still learning as the wash time was close to 2 hours. Cleans very easy - we dry everything off after every final use.

I’ve been eyeing these for about a year and a half and finally pulled the trigger and I’m so glad I did! I’ve had them for about 2 mos now with the washer pedestal. The washer capacity is outstanding for bedding, large loads of clothes and gets clothes clean. Love that I can wash smaller loads in the washer pedestal, super cool concept. Washing is such a joy again!! Overall A+++, no complaints!

We bought this washer to go with the dryer and because of it's size. The clothes are cleaner, the cycles are shorter allowing me to wash more clothes and it uses less water.

Great price and washer got delivered as estimated. LG signature washer and dryer handles heavy loads with ease. Kick washer is good for quick loads.

I've had this washer and dryer set for 5 years now and never had an issue. They work like a dream and love how they connect to my phone to let me know they're done so I can change them right away. I also like how they remind me when to clean them after so many loads. I'd just always suggest leaving the door open after your done to let it dry out so mold doesn't build up in the gasket. It has a huge drum and can handle big loads easily and is quiet.

I bought it a year ago. It worked great. It did mess up but they are suppose to fix it with the warranty.

Very Happy with the Washer. The large capacity allows us to manage our wah load well and do not have to go to the laundrymat to wash large items such as comforters. Excellent product.

Its the best washing machine in the world. Will there be an updated version of this model? Automatic detergent dispensing? Improved drain pump performance to get all water out before pre spin balance? Soak option? Extended slow wash? Updated wash basin geometry? Make it at least 6 cb ft? Stackable? Extra water option? Turbo wash run longer instead of short burst and more spray jets? Heavier duty capacity? Pump replacement access panel instead of having to reach in from the back or disassemble?

Haven't really had a chance to use it many times yet, but so far, I'm impressed. Clothes come out very dry after the spin cycle, requiring less drying time. The On/Off switch is in an unfortunate location. Every time you lean up against the washer, it turns on or off. It's annoying.

This is such a wonderful washer! I’ve enjoyed using it, if you can say that about doing laundry! Excellent machine.

I haven't had this Washing Machine long enough to really evaluate it but it looks great, is big, and has a very good assortment of options and settings. We usually have big loads and use Tide Pods but every load comes out clean, the machine is very quiet and stable. I recommend it so far.

We've had to replace the drain pump twice now (yes, with LG authentic parts) and it still leaks. the drum also has bad bearings, and our repairman told us it's just not worth it to repair anymore, and not to ever buy LG again because LG appliances are his highest revenue source.

Have used for about 3 months now. Compared to my on LG washer, this one cycles way too many times; always adding more water, stopping and reversing; and does not get the laundry as clean. My biggest problem is that when the spin cycle starts, the drum moves back and forth causing the door to knock; about the first few seconds and then everything is OK. Yes, I have leveled and re-leveled. Also, the washer is very loud! One other thing I noticed is that when I open the door after a few day of none use, the washer is warm on the inside. I always keep the door open for a few hours or over night after each use, so I don't under what it would be warm on the inside. I love the large load capacity, but very noisy with all the stops/starts and water drains/refill. I do have a rather small laundry room, so a much larger room might make a difference in noise levels
