Good lockable latch
Works well and the lock is a nice feature. This is really designed for very tight post and door so if you got a gap larger than an inch, probably look elsewhere.

Easy install and works great!
Had to replace a different latch on our front metal gate. This was easy to install and really well made. Its sturdy and having a lock adds an extra security feature which i like.

Broke within the first week after installation. The top...
Broke within the first week after installation. The top left plastic screw hole is broken. This is located on the rt main part of the lock. Very flimsy. Will return.
