This shower head was easy to install. The magnet is fairly strong as long as you have it lined up properly when replacing it to the holder. Happy with my purchase and at a great price!

I like the shower head, however, they only supplied two of the three necessary washers. I reached out to Moen and after sending them the model, receipt and photo of the box, they sent me a faucet screen not a washer. Argh.

Plenty Magnetic power to hold showerhead in place

This hand held shower has great water pressure, the best I have seen. In fact, I do not know how California allows this to be sold in CA. The shower head is metal as is the connection to the shower. The settings are fine, sometimes too powerful. The only drawback is the hose is 4 t or less. It should be at least 5 or 6 ft.

I have had hand held shower heads in the past. This one is the best! So easy to remove because of the magnetic attachment. It's easy to operate when your eyes are closed or open. The 6 settings are perfect for me especially the deep massage one. The most enjoyable time of my day.

Lousy and Ugly
The magnetic attachment works, and would be great if not for how weak the spray is, (not water-pressure related,) and how poor the spray selections are. Also, the gray plastic mount is really, really ugly. I've seen brushed nickel looking plastic. Also, our first mount broke during install and I had to replace it. This is Moen we're talking about. Could they not have made a better looking, and possibly more substantial mount? We're returning it!
