      Wifi/ voice feature a waste of money
      Overall, really like this faucet. Just wish I hadn't spent the extra money for the wifi functionality. It's extremely finicky. Installation was a nightmare. Alexa rarely recognizes commands. Sometimes faucet turns on randomly.

            The faucet is very modern and sleek for a new or updated kitchen. You can operate from your smart home device with several commands. Some of the features are turn on faucet, pour one cup of water, and dispense at designated temperatures. We also have a U by Moen Shower. One problem we are having is Alexa is having a problem recognizing if a command is for the bathroom shower or kitchen faucet. You tell Alexa to turn on Moen Faucet and it starts the Moen Shower. I contacted Moen support and sounds like it’s a software issue they need to resolve. Hopefully it will be fine tuned soon.

            Defective Product - Poor Customer Service
            After two months of having this faucet installed by a licensed plumber. The control box stopped dispensing the hot water at the full rate. After a lot of back and forth, Moen customer service sent me a new until. Same issue has now occurred. I get hot water at 5% of what the normal flow rate should be. The top sensor stopped working when the nozzle was shifted to the right. Replaced it. Waiting for new control box that is on backorder. Will likely uninstall this faucet and get a manual one. Defective product, bad design coupled with poor Moen customer service.

              This was bought as a replacement for essentially the same faucet that had become corroded over time. The functionality, hands free, has improved slightly. It also has Voice Control but since I haven't turned my home over to a mindless, invasive, insecure virtual assistant AI, this part is of little value. I'm sure some will enjoy it. Also a phone app. Really?

              I love this faucet! Had a similar one without voice control in my old house for two years. Never changed batteries. Used an AC adapter for this one, but learned the hard way it doesn’t work during a power outage, so using batteries for backup now. I’d advise skipping the adapter. The voice control with Alexa is a kick and works great. I can walk away and not overfill pots and pitchers. Measurements and temperature are accurate down to a tablespoon.

                You will MOEN! What MOEN doesn't tell you!
                How are there any 4 and 5 stars? You buy this to integrate with your smart home and instead they ask you to remove the best features of it. A product should never ask you to turn off features of something you use with many products. Would you buy a BluRay player if it asked you to turn off HDR on your 4k TV to work correctly? - no you wouldn’t. Well the MOEN is asking you to turn off your Smart Home features. Major Flaw - only 1 user can control the Faucet via voice via their App. unless you disable Voice Match from your Google Home!! If you don’t then only the primary account person (that set up the app can control this thing. Why? The Smart Faucet can not be added to your Google Home by “Add Device” or “Works with Google'' (so it would work properly). Instead, you have to use MOENS terrible app and ”link” it. The app has a 1.5 rating, and that may be too high for it. Only the person that set up the APP has any control over the Faucet via voice. From MOAN Rep: “To use the Google Assistant commands with multiple users, turn off Voice Match so that everyone can use the device with the personal results of the primary account holder on Google Home - which has the account linking information.” Asking customers to turn off a major feature of their Google Smart Home should have been the red flag for MOEN to rethink what was being designed and built. Voice Match is one of the best functions of Google Home and allows multiple users within the home to bring up their own Spotify playlist, videos, shopping, calendars, reservations, alarms, meetings, etc just by the user's voice that is asking. Just about everything I have is connected to my Google Home with multiple users. Why would I disable that for a Faucet? Even my Stove is set up within Google Homel the way it was meant to be and does not ask to turn off Voice Match. Would NOT recommend it until they get the Home integration correct and not via some 3rd party terrible Link app, mine is going back

                  was excited to get this, sink randomly turns on for no reason maybe once every few days. no motion, no nothing, just turns on. called moen and they said they have no idea and see how it goes.. probably going to be returning it for a delta smart sink.. wouldnt recommend

                  All things considered, this is a wonderful faucet! It paired easily with Alexa. I love that I can set the temperature by the handle, then use hands free to turn it on and off. If you are preparing raw chicken, meat or seafood this is a must! I dropped one star because the water pressure from the handsprayer is not very strong, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the faucet itself. Overall I do highly recommend this faucet!

                  I wanted to loved this but.....
                  We did a complete kitchen remodel and opted to do as many "smart" appliances as possible. I researched for weeks between all the "smart" faucets, reviews, good/bad/ugly and decided to get the U by Moen Essie. It wasn't easy to find the answers but I did see, eventually, that it didn't come with a soap dispenser to I ordered one when I bought the faucet. What I didn't even think to look at is that it DOES NOT come with a power adapter. You have to pay an extra $100 to purchase it. MOEN - WHY WOULD YOU SELL A FANCY FAUCET BASED OFF ELECTRICITY FOR USAGE AND NOT ADD A POWER ADAPTER? I am just flabbergasted by this. The batteries that come with only lasted me 3 weeks so when I was doing dishes this morning my faucet died and there is NO MANUAL override, which I also knew by reading reviews, so I had to rinse my dishes in the bathroom. That is a terrible design failure by Moen. The Wifi is shoddy at best. It disconnects all on its own even though my internet is working fine. You have to crawl under the sink and put a paperclip in a teeny tiny hole that you can barely see just to reset the wifi. After doing this 3 times in one week it was very annoying. And - to boot - I have had it turn on all by itself at least 3 times that I know of. That does not sit well with me. Did someone hack my faucet? Was there a ghost in my kitchen trying to wash its hands (lol)? I REALLY REALLY want to love this faucet. It is beautiful. When it was all connected to wifi it worked well. The features could be amazing. But the design and quality is subpar to their other non-smart faucets. Now I am trying to figure out if I am going to uninstall this faucet to return it for another one and hope it works better or uninstall it and get just a regular hands free faucet with out the smart features I really wanted to use.
