lack of water pressure.
Purchase this Moe unit a few weeks ago and was looking forward to enjoy this in my remodeled shower. Highly disappointed with the performance of this as the shower head and handheld pressure was weak. I plan on returning this and hopefully find something much better.

Water pressure is not that great. My old shower head had better water pressure but I do love the misting function on this one and the handheld is very easy to use and stays on the magnet very tightly when not in use.

The water flow is fine if you choose the 2.5 option. The spray options on both are nice and easily adjustable. Mounting wasn’t an issue (disassembled and attached to shower arm first, then attached head, etc.). This worked for me (short arm) but it will extend out/down several inches so you may lose overall shower length or lose height (measure).

Mostly plastic. The hand held shower piece leaked when installing and went to tighten it with a wrench and the plastic inside piece broke. The company would not replace so I learned not to buy cheap plastic and ordered another shower head in all metal.

Best shower head I’ve ever used. The fine mist setting is wonderful and there are a full range of other settings too. Installation was fast and easy. Built quality is good. We like this shower head so much we purchased another for our other bathroom.

Not for Small Showers
It is too big for a small shower, and it really doesn't work in our 36x36 neo-angle. We like the the handheld portion of this product, and don't use the big head. The purported "pause/trickle" function on the hand-held portion does not work. All the way up is a very fine mist, all the way down are forceful streams of water. There is no pause and no trickle. We took to leaving the hand-held on the fine mist setting when we are done showering. We have to move the hand-held to a part of the shower where we don't get hit w/ a freezing cold spray when we turn on the water. We heat that water up first. We are considering putting in regular spouts to preheat the water like you would in a bathtub.We have two bathrooms, no tubs, just showers.

You get what you pay for- plastic
Bad choice on my part to begin with and when installing, the hand held hose leaked. I tried to tighten the connection only to break off the plastic pieces inside. Lesson learned and ordering another shower head with metal parts only.

Beautiful upgrade to our shower*
My wife purchased this product and I installed it today (3/23/24). It’s a beautiful shower with good functionality. Installation was quick and easy. HOWEVER, I have one tip. The rain shower head comes with a thin, flat washer. When I attached it to the shower arm it leaked. I took it apart and found the washer inside the shower arm. The old shower head had a thick, beveled washer. I put the beveled washer in the new shower head, reinstalled it, and no more leaks.

I am a 72 female and installed this in about 10 minutes. Part of the time was finding a pipe wrench to get the old one off! So far, so good. No leaks. Love the ease of the hand held and being able to change the flow on both.
