The doors are a nice change from the old sliding glass for we had. A beautiful addition to all the house renovations we did. Very nice having the blinds between the glass panes. Love these doors!

This door exceeded my expectations. We chose to do store pickup, and it is HEAVY. The store associates were great about helping to get it loaded on our trailer. Install definitely needs two - and at times - three strong people. Go slow and have lots of shims. Once it was properly installed I had to touchup paint around the opening and then I used a matte black hardware to finish off the look. The blinds stuck from going all the way down for the first few uses, but loosened up after a few times. I couldn't be happier and plan to upgrade all the doors in my home with this style - if I can find it in stock!

The door measurements were not 60 in x 80 in and adjustments had to be made for the door to be installed.

The delivery was a disaster! I already complained, but nobody got back with me to follow through! Doors was not protected. Delivery guys were hitting grounds and brick landscaping wall.

The doors are solid and look to be well made. They installed easily and work well. Very happy the workmanship in general. We are having a problem with the lower frame bold for the passive door. Contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement part immediately. The only challenge I currently have is to get the door off its hinges so I can try and replace the part.

Install went well. The door is nice. The bottom lock pin for the fixed door does not work! I have contacted the company and will see how the customer service goes. Stars will go up if the pin gets addressed.

Very nice doors! They are heavy, took 6 guys to load them in the truck and 4 to get them out. Only issue I had was the way the company packs them. The cardboard around the doors is very flimsy for such heavy doors. Not much protection from being damaged. Once you make it home with them they are nice doors! They definitely made a difference going from a sliding door. My brother put them in for me. We had to take the doors off to get the frame in because it was just the two of us and them being so heavy. It worked out ok. Just make sure everything is level. Noise level made a difference too. they are much quieter. I'm very happy with them!!

The door is generally of good build quality. I’m very disappointed with the flush bolts. The covers are stamped out of sheet metal with VERY sharp edges. The bolt was sticky and I cut myself terribly trying to free it up.

Well built fit as expected. Will purchase this door for another area also.

There was a manufacturing defect in the foot stays that was not discovered until it was installed. Home Depot told me I had to rerun the double patio door to get it repaired. That would mean paying the installer to put in my old door and return the new one. If you ever bought a double patio door you would understand how stupid that sounded to me. How was I supposed to do that. They ended up giving me a small discount. My problem to get it fixed, I will be surprised if I can get it repaired for the amount they refunded.
