Looks better then I expected

too sparkly and light-colored. I wanted darker and less glitter.

The color on this product varies greatly, as is normal for natural stone. Unfortunately, the box I ordered (because the sample option was unavailable) had almost no gold in it whatsoever. What is important to know and hard to tell online is that this quartzite has a ton of mica in it - this should be in the description. This means that it has a VERY STRONG metallic sheen to it, which some people may love, but it’s not for me.

Wasn't close to color advertised

Loved the tiles 1 of 20 had a hairline crack. Not unusual for natural stone but glad I ordered a few extra.

The tile was too big for the space so we had our tiling installer cut the tiles to 6” x 6” , and it looks fantastic on fireplace hearth and landing on the stairs.

I cut it into strips and used it as a border.

These tiles break easily and many in the box were broken, it's good thing we order more than we needed. Once they were installed they looked great. But they are fragile to work with.

Pretty stone. Unusable product. Extreme color and pattern variation; there appears to be two different stones in the box I received. One looks like the HD picture and the other is much lighter and covered with black dots. Most tiles are not square, expect 1/8" or more error. Most of the tiles are not whole; corners were missing on 6 of 10 tiles. This is not shipping damage; the broken corners are not in the box. It was packed this way.

Great material, but I chose to go another direction. I'm really tired of everything in decor being black, white, or gray. I went with more color!

This stuff is beautiful

This is NOT quartz as the description suggests. This is SLATE. The description is misleading and leads you to think it is the hard quartz product. It is a soft SLATE that scratches and chips very easily. Other websites add slate to their description to indicate that it is not quartz but the raw slate, not even a quartzite product that has not been hardened through processing. The price is high for a slate product This price would be fair if it was a finished quartz product. This is not suitable for high traffic areas such as kitchens or hallways. Marginal for a bathroom project given it doesn't get too much activity on it . We didn't realize this misrepresentation until our installer informed us that this product was not quartz. Slate and quartzite are natural raw soft stones and quartz is a hardened manmade product from the raw materials of slate or quartzite. If you want a soft stone, go for it. If you want a hardened product, keep looking. The tiles are beautiful. We are just disappointed in the quality. Upon installation, we also noticed that they are not very square but again for slate that is common, uncommon for quartz. The thickness of the tiles are also uneven and they need to be floated with the mastic as you lay them. We had to lay them out and turn and move them many times to get them to flow together somewhat easily. They need an 1/8" grout line at a minimum. Fourth time for trying to submit a review. Hopefully they accept it this time.

Looks like cheap, shiny tile, not Quarzite. Had to return.

The stone is beautiful but fortunately I used to be a professional installer. None of the tiles are square and they are poorly milled with varying thicknesses up to 1/8 inch off in each tile. This is not something a DIYer can install and I had to use my pro tools to square them up and even out the back before I could install them. Too much extra time based on the price

Okay, I am relatively a novice at this do-it-yourself project stuff, but I gave it a go because I just loved this floor tile. It is beautiful and the only reason I gave it four stars was because it stains very easily. After my husband installed the tile, he wiped up a water spill. It left a big stain where he used a towel. Mind you, this was BEFORE we got the chance to seal it with the 511 Impregnator Sealer. But I got to thinking, if it's only water then it should evaporate. So I brought my fan down and aimed it at the stain on the floor. After a couple of hours, IT WAS GONE! Yes, GONE! So now, we're going to apply a few coats of the sealer to the tile to prevent anymore mishaps!

Beautiful Quartzite tile - we used this to match & replace some of the tile on our fireplace. Gorgeous, luminous, and exactly what we needed.

Overall beautiful and awesome floor ! We put it in ourselves , easy to cut and work with!
