Excellent appearance and use is Amazing. Having another freezer before makes this one in comparison a wonder. The LED light is extremely convenient for use in a garage. The temperature switches are easy to read and navigate. The cleanliness of unit is very appreciated as a daily food storage use. The extra internal storage baskets are very useful to separate the various foods; as well as the internal separating tray walls are extremely helpful to use the various storage of freezer like foods. Came in great condition. User curb side pick up and was very easy. So spacious and works great! Only thing is I wish it would tell you the exact temperatures, it just has a dial of 1-5 from least cold to coldest

My small kitchen has a nook that only accommodates a small refrigerator with a top freezer. I wanted more freezer space and thought my only option was to put one in my garage. Then I saw this little gem! It is just right!

I bought this online and a few hours later it was delivered to my door. It had a small minor dent at the top but I'm not complaining. It's a great little freezer! The price made up for the minor cosmetic flaw. Worth the money. Magic chef is a good and reliable brand. Also, it has wheels for rolling on one side and pads on the other that are adjustable

Light and easy to move, small footprint, lighted, 2 hanging baskets. Needed a little more freezer, could have bought a second refrigerator, but don’t really need one and they use 3 times the energy this freezer does.

I bought this freezer and is the best choice i made, it has space for all the food i want to freeze. Love it.

The first two that the store employees brought from the stock room were damaged, but third one was a charm! Works fine. Wish it had actual temperature dial instead of numbers 1-7 with no explanation of what those translate to into degrees. This can hold a little over 1800oz of frozen breast milk for anyone looking for that purpose.

We buy frozen foods in bulk to minimize trips to the stores. This freezer is the perfect size for two people. Easy to set up and the small footprint fits easily in our kitchen.

Very pleased with this purchase! I wasn’t sure that being a smaller freezer, that it would accommodate our inside freezer overflow, but 5.0 cf is much bigger than we thought! It has two baskets conveniently situated on top and you can still reach down between them to get to what’s below. Therefore it allows us to make fewer grocery runs or fewer online orders which results in comfortably stocking up for longer periods of time.

Wonder product. I love the interior lighting when open. Its really quiet too

Only reason for 4 stars because delivery was horrible with store. Otherwise, no complaints with actual chest freezer itself. Enough space to store foods.

The Home Depot alone rating would be a five. One half of a hinge cover was missing. The piece was not in the box. Therefore, it was the manufacturer's issue. I sent Magic Chef a message via their website. They never responded. Hence, the four star rating.

Fits perfectly in a small space in the garage and holds quite a lot of frozen goods. I’m very happy with it

for the moment I will put 5 stars on it, but I need to know why the bottom part has as a repair that is normal someone who can help me I would not like to keep this if it was repairing Please help Thanks

I have been looking for a freezer since the beginning of summer. They were a little pricey for what I was looking for and today we found this one at a great price and nice size. We can’t complain.

At this price point this was the logical choice. It's full of features which include front handle with lock( To prevent children becoming entrapped in the sizeable freezer chest), Bright white LED to assist with viewing in the deep cavity with three organizing removable shelfs. I expect this to provide years of trouble free operation.

First, I was a bit apprehensive about having it shipped to home, but FedEx handled it just fine, crossing multiple state boundaries. Maybe I got lucky? Since the delivery guy kept it upright when delivering, I let it sit for 2 hours after setting it up at the final location. If you're not sure, the manual says to wait 4 hours to make sure refrigerant oil settles down. Immediately after setting it up, I was impressed with the build quality, with all the seams well aligned. I thought the unit would have a fan, but it doesn't. The heat output is dispersed to the four sides. Since the only moving part is the compressor, I'm expecting the unit to last a long time. 3.5 cu ft is one of the smallest sizes, but it's plenty for my use. At the middle setting (4), my SEEK camera is saying -17F at the coldest point. Actual temperature is likely a bit higher, but this is plenty cold. The four outside walls will go a bit past 100F when active.

Works great. I installed it in the garage and have not had any issues with it. Low power consumption. Just what I wanted.

Perfect size. Plugged in and immediately started cooling. Easy setup. Unboxed. Installed hinge covers. Put in drain plug. Plugged in. Ready to go.

I recent bought this deep freezer and I am impressed on how much frozen food I can fit in it. At first I was concerned thinking it was too small but it’s a great size for a good price

So far it has meet my expectations. I have had it hooked up for a week.

Its just the right size for a couple small deer or for a decent fisherman. Good long term storage. I like the removable divider and the fact that it has 2 baskets. I like it has a drain plug for defrosting, that the temperature control is on the outside and it has an indicator light. I have only had this freezer for about a month and I have no complaints. It has lived up to my expectations, everything stays froze!
