We were pleased to see "Made in America" on the box, however, later after installation, greatly disappointed. This fan left your factory in a totally unusable condition. It is so badly out of balance it vibrates our whole house. Product testing? Quality control? Now we need to hire someone to take it down so we can replace it. Disgusted and disappointed.

I have not been able to find anyone to install this fan. I am not able to review anything except delivery at this time which was excellent.

Fan vibrates and causes a terrible harmonic vibration . Something is terribly wrong with fan design.

Ordered 2 units. Thankfully I read reviews and had them pre-wired to make sure they were operational first. One unit was completely dead, and had a crushed dome. The other unit operated, but the wifi signal strength 30 feet away from an access point providing 2.4Ghz was -87 dbm. -90dbm is loss of connectivity. My phone inches away was >60dbm. The unit was unable to communicate with the internet/app and never appeared in the app.

Had to return the fan because the motor was burnt out. It had clearly been installed, used, and returned. Given the motor manufacture date stamp of 2020, I suspect someone pulled a fast one by buying a new unit, swapping out their burn out motor, and returning the assembly w/ the dead motor in it. I don't know how Home Depot could prevent this, short of bench testing the motor, but it was a bummer to deal with. Fortunately, Home Depot's customer service recommended I just order a new unit and basically do the same thing - return the assembly w/ the burnt out motor (which I wrote all over in sharpie to note its defect). It was a hassle to reinstall a new motor, but at least I didn't have to buy it twice. To thanks to Home Depot for that. Lesson for me: avoid purchase of re-shelved items. As for the fan, itself, it's fine. Moves about 1250 cubic feet of air per second. This is the second one I've installed. The motors won't last forever, because they run all the time in heat, but they significantly cool the garage space I'm using this for.

sorry I returned to the store and purchased the 1500 CFM fan.

The fan came smashed and I have to return it for a new one. I just haven't had time to stop by the store.

Yes fan is quiet and I love the WiFi connect option. Every fan made should connet to WiFi

Simple installation. Replaced a previous model. Works very well and very quiet.

Installed as per manufacturer's instructions. Leaks like a sieve under a hard rain from splash off the roof coming in under the hood. Roof pitch is 8/12. Poor design, poor execution. Very unhappy.

It met my expectations. So far so good.

Works great, good air flow. Only poor pint is only the top canopy is painted, flashing is mill finish unpainted.

It is very quiet, And was easy to install.
