I like the new attic fan, and having the thermostat as well as the humidifier controls. I called a Pro from Home Depot and they installed it for me. Why, I'm 80 and when I told my sister what I was about to do, as you can imagine, I was in deep doo doo and hence called a youngster to climb up on the roof and install. He said it was easy, took him all of about 15 miniutes.

I have installed many of these and never had a problem.

The wire that comes from Fan to Adapter/Controller is so short that you have to attach it near the top pf the attic and you can never get there to adjust temperature and humidity. Very user un-friendly. Why could they not provide an additional 6 feet of wire with controller is beyond me. It is not advisable to use joints to extend the wires in the attic. This makes that fan utterly useless as you can't adjust temp or humidity if you have a high attic, which is generally the case. Furthermore, during heavy rain, I've observed water seeping into the attic after splashing from the circular barrier of the fan (which is attached to the roof), then traveling upward beneath the hood through the exhaust holes meant for air.

Replaced the unit now waiting for the summer months. Kind of hard to rate now.

Easy to install working and looking good

Arrived ahead of schedule, undamaged. Heavy duty construction, metal dome, uniform color and finish. When installed, asked electrician if the units were operational (purchased two). I could barely hear them running. After two weeks of use, extremely quiet operation (faint hum when running). These replaced 12 year old Broan units that were extremely loud. Very pleased with purchase. Trust this will continue into the future. Only "issue" is that the color of the dome is more "greenish" than "bronze/dark brown" in color than shown in the online image.

I installed 2 units in my house and its amazing, my AC is very happy now, it does not have to work all day long.

would have given it a five but came with a big scratch on it. Otherwise works fine.

Fairly easy to install and is doing its job to circulate the air!!

Easy install, both the humidistat and the thermostat are working great, it is coming on and working great so far. I kinda wish I had bought the one with the app, but this one is doing the job and I have no complaints.

Built sturdy, easy to install, called electrician to hook it up to line voltage in attic. Humidistat is easy to set and forget. Helps keep the under roof temps reasonable in the attic.

The instructions don’t clarify what type or size conduit lock nut is necessary. The part is not included in the packaging. It’s an annoyance that master flow doesn’t include the part to complete the installation. A pain that could easily be averted.

Very well made and easy to install. Quiet motor can’t be heard on the roof. Lowered my house temperature inside by 3 degrees on the first 100 degree day after installing. Fantastic!
