Flexible duct, like any flexible duct, what's to say....it is, as described. The above average was the very fast shipping. Living far from any Home Depot, speed of shipping matters alot to me.

I recently had my A/C system replaced, but the the technician used the existing duct for the return-to-air handler.... and the return vent (close to the living room) was pretty loud. On the advice of the tech, I purchased this 25' length duct, and he installed it. The system is measurably quieter than it was before. I am quite pleased with the product and the outcome.

I was looking for a insulated duct for my bathroom exhaust fan and this fit the bill. It was easy to install and fit the fan perfectly.

This stuff is the balls!! Super flexible without kinking. Easy to install and trim.

When I opened the box at the jobsite two hours away I found that the duct was unusable, the inner section was crushed and when we stretched it out the center section stayed bunched up. The packaging was in good shape giving no indication of the problem inside. I would like a refund.

Replacing my air ducts was cheaper than having them cleaned. I'm going to do it again in a few years I think although climbing around the attic, I did get hot, but it was much easier than what I originally thought. I watched a few YouTube's and the soul woman did it all by herself
