[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clothes do not dry sufficiently unless the dryer is set to Denim mode. The dryer also does not do a good job of removing wrinkles even when set on wrinkle prevent mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer to go with the top load washer. Needed both new appliances. This is a huge large capacity dryer!! It gets super hot and drys clothes quick!! Great on bedspreads, comforters , jeans, canvas, what ever you want dried. It does the job!! Its quiet, built tough,great features, easy to get items out of the dryer. I highly recommend this dryer!! If this one dies out on me in 10 plus years later, I hope they have the same model later, because I'd buy it again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 25yrs our maytag dryer died. We bought this dryer as it was the only one we found with this kind of capacity. We bought the washer to this set 3 yrs ago. Finally we can dry or king size blankets without having to finish by air drying them. Everything seems fluffier. Vent and air flow sensor ,awesome. Old dryer when taking it apart the vent in front of panel was packed tight and could have started a fire. We did smell heat. All dryers should have this feature. No worries now. Extremely happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new dryer for about 2 months and I love love it. It's the large 8.8 CD and it holds everything, and has a ton of different settings. However, my favorite feature is the lint trap. I know that may sound silly, but it has a little catcher for change so the coins don't keep bouncing around inside, then fall on the floor when you take the clothes out.

This extra large dryer is great for my king size blankets and comforter dries everything in half the time of a regular sized dryer which I owned all my life.

Good dryer. But mine died in 12 hours. No heat. The replacement is working, so far... Also, I paid for installation, but nope. They just left it. Had to pay for the replacement out of pocket too. Still waiting for refund after 2 weeks!! Thanks HD.Heather at Chino Hills HD is great help though.

It broke after 2 1/2 weeks of use, on average 3 loads a week.

We replaced a GE gas dryer with the Maytag. The Maytag is so much better at drying, has a huge capacity and has exceeded our expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a month ago because my wife loved the color and our old dryer was wearing out. The dryer has a huge capacity and does an excellent job of getting the clothes completely dry. The moisture sensor is excellent at making sure everything is completely dry. The lint trap is large and requires a bit of hand strength to open. The dryer also reminds you to check the lint screen with each use. This could be a problem for a person with limited dexterity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased both Maytag washer & dryer for my new condo! I love both products and function very well. I do have one small complaint about the dryer regarding the lint sensor, its an issue at times, I do clean the filter each time I use the dryer and at times the dryer will not turn on unless the lint filer is placed in and out several times. Its becoming an issues and I may contact service to see if the sensor is faulty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this in October for a second home thinking that, with guests, I would need a large capacity dryer for sheets and towels. The reason I gave it a three is because it made a terrible screeching sound through half of a drying cycle. Repair guy thought it was just something that went through the fan blades. We'll see if it happens again. Otherwise, seems to be great. Do not let anything drop i when you clean the lint holder.
