I expected more, first use, removing a damaged round head phillips screw, the teeth disappeared where I gripped, and then straight on the nose rounded out. You must see the pics to understand. My last two tools purchased from Milwaukee are a big disappointment, always more expensive, I assumed they were better, but not.

This pliers was the ONLY TOOL that could help me!
Lost special shower head tool, this needle nose locking pliers was the ONLY TOOL that I could find to remove the shower head! Now I can use it for many other things like install or remove cotter pins! Did I spell that right?

This tool allowed me to replace my old shower head with a new one.
The 7" curved jaw was able to grip the old shower head with the adjustable locking pliers perfectly.
The solid grip on the handles made the process safe to prevent slippage during the rotation.
This tool has impressed me enough to add to my Packout system.
Overall impression:
* Curved jaw designed for pipes
* Non-Slip grip on handles
* Attractive design
* Limited Lifetime Warranty
* Matches entire Milwaukee tool collection
* Low price
* Exceptional value

First time I took it out to the junkyard and held a bolt while I unscrewed a stuck nut, part of the pliers fell off. Do you think I can glue it back together? How about duct tape? Because if I want warranty service I have to mail these pliers back to a factory service center instead of taking it to a local store. Makes re-evaluate my Milwaukee purchases. Most of my other Milwaukee tools are more expensive corded and cordless power tools so I can understand mailing them in but if you are buying hand tools, I'm not sure Milwaukee is the right company to buy from.

Great quality from a brand that I have come to trust!
The tool does exactly what it was built to do, it is a locking long nose plier and it has found a place in my tool box. I've used this tool for a few of the projects around the house and have never had any issue. It has a nice grip and has a great overall quality. Will not need to ever buy another locking long nose plier. Great tool to get the job done!
The dang screw broke! I guess I torqued a little hard with my 12" screwdriver.
That's what you get with cheap china steel... Shoulda stuck with my old pair

Great locking pliers!
I'll keep my review simple and straight to the point:
* High quality, great materials, pro-grade.
* Comfortable grip, feels good in the hand, non-slip with sweaty hands.
* Compact design, fits anywhere, easy to use in tight spaces.
* Locks well with the curved jaw.
* Plastic adjustment may appear flimsy but is actually very strong. Love the through-hole design that allows using a screwdriver to tighten.
* Locking pliers are great for welding, cutting, holding stuff while doing something else, etc.
Recommended!
These Milwaukee long nose locking pliers are the highest quality locking pliers I have ever used. The grips are thick and very comfortable. The adjustable bolt in these pliers turns very smoothly and is made from quality metal so it should last for years to come. You will not be disappointed with these locking pliers.
My friend Ken kept his van running with Locking Pliers. Broken battery cable clamp? He put Lock-Pliers on and drove that way for years. Broken throttle link brace? Lock-Pliers!
So here's to you, Ken: Lock-Pliers on my tractor battery clamp.
I can't say the brand-name here, but we all know who has been the Big Name in lock-pliers for many decades. Good product; so good that there are copies everywhere. Some about as good, some not so good.
Now comes Milwaukee with their 48-22-3510. Soft red grips are a nice touch. Flattened screw adjuster works fine, and now you can HANG your locking pliers. The classic release lever is replaced with an internal double-joint which really does work better (and is kinder on your fingers). Build quality looks excellent. Feels good in the hand, and on the job. These lock-pliers are, in my opinion, better than the original Big Name that has been around for 90 years.
Note that the hole isn't really for a screwdriver adjustment, that's silly. You don't adjust locking-pliers when locked, you adjust while loose and then the screw turns easily. As far as I can tell, the hole is so you can hang your Milwaukee Torque Lock on a nail.

It's My Third Hand and They're Strong!
These locking pliers are one of the most useful and handy tools in my box. These have a lifetime warranty and built to take it. The Torque Lock design allows for faster set-up, giving you more control and leverage. If you've used locking pliers before, you can see where the Torque Lock is going to be easier to use.
Others won't allow you to torque down like these will. If you need to get a grip, get these. Your grip isn't as strong as it is with these.

Biggest difference...
The biggest difference that sets these apart greatly from other standard channel locks is the grip. I love Milwaukee’s grips on their pliers and screwdrivers. These don’t hurt your hands when you lock them down on something the way naked pliers do. The grip helps to get more bite and prevents your hands from slipping when you’re just about to get it locked onto something as most of us have experienced with the old school ones.
