We have always purchased real trees, and I was skeptical getting an artificial tree, especially since I had never seen this tree in person. It is absolutely gorgeous and you have to touch it to know it is not real. Even then, it almost feels real. The tree is very full, with very few bare spots. It is more beautiful than trees twice the cost. I am very pleased, and glad that we made this purchase!

Great quality tree! This tree was easy to put together but it did take some time to fluff all of the branches to get to the 'full' look of a real tree. I get tons of complements on it and I couldn't be happier.

This tree is quite big, it weighs a lot, and comes in 5 sections. Assembly was incredibly easy. I had the tree standing in 10 minutes. The branches collapse outward and the needles come bundled together. I highly suggest fanning out the needles before assembling the whole tree, as the top portion is fairly difficult to access and perfect, even with a step ladder. The fanning of the fully assembled tree took 3 one-to-two hour sessions, it was no lie, a fair bit of shoulder-work (next year should not be quite as rigorous). There are plenty of lights, each section of lighting plugs into the one below all the way to the top. I did not notice if there is an outlet at the top for a lit-star or lit-angel, that would be one of the downsides (though I have not confirmed as my star is unlit). A really nice looking tree! I hope it lasts many years, it fills the room nicely.

We bought this tree for our church and we love it. The quality is wonderful and the tree looks great! It was easy to assemble and we love that the lights were already in it. Great product!!

We have 12ft ceilings and this tree just kisses the ceiling which is perfect if you want to do a bow at the top, no room for a star though. It's a really full tree when you fluff it out and fill it with ornaments. You can get those huge outdoor ornaments for this tree and it looks awesome mixed with the regular sized ones. Friends and family were impressed! It has that Wow factor!

An extremely well-built, full tree. You do need the room to handle this size tree. The base of the tree is 80" diameter. We put it "together" in two parts. First, we built the top two sections and put that aside. Then we started bottom-up with sections 5, 4, and 3. Once we had that all completed, we tipped the bottom "half" of the tree and inserted the top two sections ... then "walked" the tree back upright. It took two of us about 6-hours to "touch" every branch and give it that full look. Haven't figured out if the reverse of that procedure will really work after Christmas. A couple of minor irritants: the instructions are not necessarily for "this" tree, but rather many to all of their line of trees. Second, and this was not expected in a tree costing this price, the sections (and there are five of them) were not labeled or identified. We could easily tell the top section, and the bottom section ... and who knows if we goofed with sections 2, 3, and 4. It looks OK, and if so, it was just dumb luck on our part. We were told the tree comes from the factory with either alpha or numeric identification ... our's missed that step in the quality assurance process. The good part, their customer service is really world-class. There was open and candid communication and I always felt that the manufacturer was working with us in case their really was a problem (without the section identifiers, it was impossible to tell if we had, for example, two sections 3s and no section 4). I can't say enough about their customer service folks ... especially Mirella. You could tell that she wanted everything to work properly. Overall, it appears to be an excellent value. The proof will be in the number of years we get out of this tree ... and if we experience any problems during disassembly. We've shown photos to folks and received nothing but positive comments. Can't wait for Christmas!

This tree was a great purchase! We have 18 feet ceilings so I am glad we didn't go any smaller than 12 feet with the tree. It looks real.... and many of my friends and family want to get one now too! It was super easy to set up. Worth every penny!

I didn't have high hopes honestly since I am kind of a tree snob. I absolutely love this tree! It is really full and real looking if you take the time to fluff it properly and aren't afraid to bend some of the branches on the inside slightly. The only down side is if one light goes out, the whole string goes out and it's difficult to trace them since they are attached. Two strings were about and it took me about an hour to find the problem lights.

We were looking for a 12' tree in our living room that has high ceilings, and this one is perfect. It is very full with no bald spots. It did take two of us 3 hours to assemble and fan out each of the 7000+ tips (and even longer to decorate), but it was worth the effort. This tree is not tall and skinny like others that we found at different local stores. It is proportional with a nice wide base, so make sure you have the floor space and not just the elevation to fit this tree. We had to re-arrange the furniture to balance out the tree since it overwhelmed the room in my opinion. Everyone who comes over gives us compliments on the tree. The majority of the people actually think it is real, and we get asked "How did you get it inside?". I think that we paid a very reasonable price for this tree, especially considering that we plan to keep this tree for a few years. Other trees of this same quality were much more expensive compared to what we found online. I am going to be sad when we have to take down this tree, mainly because of the work it took to assemble and decorate, but I will look forward to getting it back out next season.

After having a real tree every year I was skeptical of buying an artifical one especially without seeing it in person. Home Depot has never let me down so I gave it a try. When UPS delivered it I was terrified at the limbs sticking out of the box and horrible shape the box was in. BUT once I got it up and fluffed the branches it is gorgeous. I have had several people say they thought is was real. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The tree is relatively easy to set up. It will take two people to carry the box in. Keep the box for storage. The tree has pre-wired light sets attached to the branches. They are the regular miniature bulbs, not LED. The tree is not as thick as the photo would indicate, but with the branches adjusted it looks nice and better than many artificial trees I have seen. It's just under 9' tall so if your ceilings are 9' you will be ok.

We purchased a Christmas tree from Home Depot this past Christmas, and it has truly transformed our holiday season into a winter wonderland! I expected the tree to be a bit fuller based on the reviews. The lights are placed well and It is a pretty tree, just not as full as anticipated. I did spend a lengthy bit of time fluffing/spreading out the branches which helped.

Only negative was A LOT of branches to hand straighten.

The tree did not look full, the branches were thin, and had an artificial tree appearance. Even when fluffing out the branches as much as possible there was way too much space left open, making it impossible to cover up gaps, or to try to make the tree look realistic. The picture given in the description was not at all accurate. I returned this product.
