This pole saw is much better built than what you will find on the shelf in the hardware store. The saw head is heavy duty, the poles are rigid and snap together nicely. First cut was through a 3" diameter elm branch about 12' above ground. Six easy strokes was all it took with the sharp aggressive blade. I have had the saw for about 3 weeks, and I am still impressed with the build quality. This tool should last a long time!

I had been looking for a pole saw to cut difficult to reach tree limbs . This is the greatest thing. I took the saw out of the box and have used it many times and I think it is fantastic

This product is very sturdy and assembles nicely. When used at full extension it is a bit unwieldy for a 75 year-old such as myself but it is manageable. The saw cuts only on the down stroke so it tends to bounce out of the saw groove cut on the back stroke. Would likely work better if it cut in both directions. After I purchased it from Home Depot and went back to review it, I noticed they had reduced the price from $101 t0 $91- bummer on that.

Got the poles-no blade

Pole Trimmer worked very well. I actually bought another extension pole and was able to clear numerous limbs that were growing over my house. Would recommend this trimmer to others.

VERY STURDY. CAME AS ADVERTISED AND VERY SHARP. WILL HANDLE MOST JOBS, ESPECIALLY THE PALMS. YOU CAN REACH EVERYTHING FROM THE GROUND WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF A LADDER. WOULD BY AGAIN.

This saw set was extremely useful in pruning 18 foot Cabbage palms and Oak trees on my property. The saw's weight is tolerable. the saw blade does an incredible job getting through tree limbs (up to 4 inches is what I cut) and fronds. I used 2 sections at a time from a ladder and it did not wobble. I struggled to keep the rubber boot on the bottom of the pole because I kept knocking it off. Overall, it is an excellent tool and purchase.

Spent great deal of time looking for a nice pole saw, without the pruner and string in my way, and no telescopic pole that doesn't hold. This product is awesome, easy to use and cuts like butter. Would recommend to all..

Works very well - much better than consumer-grade pole saws. The saw is sturdy and sharp. The poles are sufficiently rigid. Since these are products used by tree companies, they should serve well for a long time. Very nice that Home Depot offers pro-grade tools online.

I like the 3 piece extension poles much better than the one I used to have with the slide out extension that comes loose while in use.
