I have not applied it yet, I will review it again about six months later.

My experience was bad, and I have returned the product. I told the person helping me that I needed a brush on, non-toxic waterproof sealant and he sold me this product. When I got it home, I read the label and then looked it up online and it cannot be used for a non-toxic, vegetable flower box. That is what I needed. When I returned it, I was told that the products online are not in the store and that there was no non-toxic waterproof sealant in the store.

Came in to buy Thompsons Water Seal but HD doesn't carry it apparently. Bought this stuff with more than a little skepticism. Works GREAT!! Love the complete seal--so much so that I could only put ONE coat on the wood--it was sealed after that and wouldn't accept another coat...Good Stuff!

Great product and easy to use. Just didn't need such a large size but I can save the rest for future jobs.

I was initially very pleased with this. It went on easily and the first rainfall after it dried beaded right up just like in the product photos. Unfortunately, it only lasted for a couple of weeks. I applied this back in August, and by September the deck was already growing mildew again. Don't waste your time or money on this.

This product is easy to apply and does exactly what it claims to do. This part of my deck takes a lot of water because the roof is slanted and all of the water lands on this one step. I stained it Ready Seal last year but it needed sealing again. Olympic WaterGuard looked like what I needed. I'm very happy and will seal the rest of my deck and fence with this product now that I know it works.

The "transparent cedar" looks like a horrible muave mess. Goes on utterly horrible, just dripped off the roller like it was water, so an inordinate amount ends up on the ground. I literally can't wait for this to fade away so I can try a different brand next year.
