I am not good on ladders and at first I was thinking of renting one of these to help me reach the high areas of the porch for painting. When I saw the price of buying one I thought I would give it a shot. Wow! I love this thing!
My son reinforced it with some extra bolts to make it more stable, as he thought that vibration from use might make it wobbly in time. You can easily add extra bolts to the bars that adjust the height if you choose to do this.
The plank looked really light to me, but you can tell that it is very sturdy and strong. You can adjust either end height for uneven areas of the yard. It has solid brakes on the wheels to prevent movement, and it is really easy to use. It dismantles in pieces for easy storage to keep around for the next job.
I don' t like heights, but this beats a ladder for painting any day. I would have got the extensions for added safety, but could not afford them right now. I think if a larger person were using this they might feel better with the extensions. I weigh much less than the item so I am not likely to tip it.
All in all, a great purchase and it saved me from a lot of stress. I am happy.

Great Scaffold for indoor jobs
I got the scaffold for renovating the 2 story entrance area. I never touched the light fixture or window at the second floor level in eight years due to lack of the right and safe equipment. My entrance area is only a little bit more than 6 by 6 feet so the scaffold had to be compact. After also considering painting the area (especially the ceiling) I picked this product. It is sturdy enough for the job and the extra clamp on support makes it stable enough to setup the second platform at 11 feet high. The only con for the product is the number of scaffold pins. When using all 8 supports (4 of the mainframe and 4 extensions securing the wheels) you will end up with 4 scaffolding pins to secure the platform brackets on the frame in addition to the spring loaded pins which is the maximum what can be used to secure a single platform. It would be good if the set would have at least 4 more pins to also secure the lower platform in addition to the spring loaded pins. That way the both platforms will be secured with pins which go across the the frame on both sides. It will enhance stability since the vertical brackets on the main frame will be locked on two points at each corner. I have included the ordering information of the pins to make it a complete set. I will use it next to finish painting the stairway and the pergola on my deck.

Excellent piece of equipment
This was easy to assemble. The wheels are great, the locking mechanism is solid. I am 6'3" and 230 lbs and it felt solid even at is highest adjustment. I was impressed that when leaning into drilling a hole, the platform still felt solid, not like it would come out from under you. I am going to need a few more feet for a ceiling I am putting in. So I am going to buy another one to stack on it, with the outriggers.

Good quality and steady platform
Moved into a 7,000 sf warehouse and I needed something that would allow me to easily replace 4x8 ceiling panels and light fixtures. Did quite a bit of price comparison and this was by far the best deal when everything is considered. I knew I would not need to double-stack the units for most of my intended use but it was still the best value.
The pickup from Home Depot was easy and trouble free. You will need a full size truck or trailer for them to load it onto. Everything was securley wrapped on a pallet. After getting back the individual boxes (4) are manageable but still heavy because the units are substantial. After being unboxed assembly is quick and easy as the individual pieces are not that heavy. Everything was damage free and very good quality.
I knew I would not need to double stack the units right away so I assembled both units individually with half the safety railing on each one. We used it for about a week that way to rearrange items on the top of our pallet racking shelves - made lifting and moving heavy shelf items super easy and I actually freed up about 25% of my shelf space because the upper shelves could be organized so safely and easily.
After that I put the full railing on one unit and we have been changing light fixtures and 4x8 ceiling panels since then. Much easier and safer than working on a ladder.
After finishing inside we will be double stacking the units to install light fixtures and security cameras outside the building when it stops raining. After I am done at my commercial building my wife has a list of things she wants done on our two-story house.
I will never do with a ladder again what I can now do with these scaffolds.

why did I wait so long
Simple to assemble. Inexpensive to buy. Why did I wait so long to purchase this. I waited until I was at the painting stage of finishing my garage before I bought it but I should have bought one a long time ago. It is easy to move around. Height is adjustable. At the 6' height it is sturdy and I could easily paint a ceiling that was over 13'. I'm still kicking myself for not buying one years ago.

Great Purchase
Had it shipped to Phenix Or. and pickup was easy. They put it on a card for me and all I had to do is load it in the van. On my project it worked out perfect. I had to attach rafters for a porch overhang and needed scafford to make it easy on me. With the wheels it was a walk in the park. If I rented scaffold it would have came out to the same price. Now I own it and will be using it to paint the soffits on the house this fall. So all in all, it saved me money and a great value.

Good Product---Works well for the weight and design. Good light weight use.
This is a good product for the DIYer and light duty use. It is easy to assemble and move around. It can even be assembled by one individual, but much easier with an assistant.

Easy, safer than my old 10' step ladder
I purchased the scaffold to work on my motorhome. Adjusts easy, rolls easy, and the brakes on the wheels are very secure. I'm sure I'll find other uses around the house for it. Cleaning and checking the roof on the motorhome, washing and waxing the sides is much simpler, and it helps to give greater access to the windshield.
I would recommend it to anyone with an RV.

Good looking equipment that should last for years.
Very sturdy and safe if assembled properly. Locking and unlocking the wheels is sometimes difficult to do by foot alone. I have used it for ceiling painting and overhead light fixture painting prep. It maneuvers great and I was able to roll from room to room even through a narrow hallway. With the platform high, I got into the kitchen straddling the center island. Changing platform height is tricky without two people -- if not done right, the whole scaffold can fall apart with a crash and a bang into several pieces.

I love this product
My husband and I are painting the exterior of our house and this is the best product that we have purchased in a long time. We can both stand on it and paint in two different directions instead of having to climb up and down on a ladder many times. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent value for good product
Last year, I rented a scaffold like this from a "pro shop" for a week and paid more than the cost of this product. This is exactly like the rental, and like a scaffold borrowed from a professional dry-waller. Product is sturdy, easy to assemble and to move. Glad to finally own it. Have lots of "high" painting and trim tasks to do this summer on a complete house reno. Hubby & I are retired and working harder than ever!

I should have had this 40 years ago.
The scaffolding was a real treat. Saved hours of fiddling with ladders on my 9+ foot ceilings. It would have been more convenient to have 2 people to set it up, but I (a 100 pound woman closer to 70 yrs than I like to think about) had no trouble.

Painted brick home
We tried renting one of these and for a month they were charging $500 (plus 250 deposit for a total of 750). I saw this online and could not believe that we can buy one for less than the rental fee. We decided on this as it is helpful when painting the house or fixing any gutters and/or hanging christmas lights. It is a very sturdy item and Home Depot delivery was extremely fast. Would recommend it to anyone.

Could have a better way to release the castor wheel lock's and the the deck is delaminating after very light moisture. Other then that works well for me at that price.

The scaffold tower is extremely strong and well made. The only downfall is the safety bar rails. The rails are very loose at the bolted connected points. Otherwise, a pretty good system.

The baker scaffolding work well easy to set up and rolls smoothly. It had a couple dents one were the wheels attached that had to be knocked out so the wheel would fit and one on the rail. None of the dents affected how well it worked and I know there will be more dents to come. I highly recommend this scaffold, great price and sturdy
