So many birds! Love watching the birds fly up to it while I'm working from home. About 4 birds at a time will be on it maximum. Great investment for a good cause. Plus they are eating all the nasty bugs around too, double benefit. Just get it.

Touted as being squirrel proof, this is not the case. Even with a metal pie pan above the feeder, the squirrel was still able to hang down and get the seed from the feeder. But it's a nice looking unit that dispenses feed effectively to the birds...And the squirrels!

The birdfeeder definitely met our expectations. It feeds the birds well but the squirrels seem to pull off incredible yoga poses to pull the bird feeder closer. This has led to hilarious photos.

Birds in love with this bird feeder
This is a sturdy feeder and easy to fill, which is great as I need to fill it every day. I plan to purchase a second feeder. The birds fight to get their place at the dinner table. The photo shows they are lining up to eat even in the rain.

Beautiful addition to the yard
The birds in my backyard are certainly enjoying this feeder. I see 2-3 on the feeder and about a dozen on the ground below it picking up the scraps. There are many details to like about this feeder- It has a nice, bronze finish and is well constructed. States that it is squirrel-proof and so far, no squirrels. The attachment is a coated aircraft cable. The way the top comes off up the cable and stays in place is great. Looks good! Appreciated by the birds and by me.
The manufacturer product description small panorama is confusing because this birdfeeder is identical in size and seed capacity (2 pounds) as the copper panorama bird feeder from the same manufacturer that I also use.
The color and type of finish applied to the metal surfaces of this bird feeder appear to be the only difference between this small panorama bird feeder and the copper panorama bird feeder.
The base and top of this birdfeeder are made of metal with a brown color painted finish. The clear center of the birdfeeder is plastic. This birdfeeder is easy to fill and clean because the top slides up and down along a small plastic coated steel wire through pressing a button on the top of the feeder to release the grip on the wire. The wire has a loop permanently formed on the end to suspend the feeder from a hook.
A ring welded to the bottom platform allows several birds to feed around this birdfeeder at a trough on the bottom platform of the feeder. Have seen birds of all sizes use this birdfeeder. Birds like the ring on the bottom platform because the ring is comfortable to allow several birds to perch and eat at the feeder at the same time without crowding each other too much. Birds that are feeding at this feeder sometimes move around the ring on the bottom platform to make room when other birds arrive.
I installed this birdfeeder under an overhang to keep birdseed from getting wet, to allow birds to feed regardless of the weather and also to keep squirrels from being able to get to the feeder.
I prefer to fill bird feeders with black sunflower seeds or a no waste type seed mix because those types of bird seeds do not contain millet or dust that can clog and dirty bird feeders. That and the black sunflower seeds and no waste mix bird seed attract much more colorful birds like finches, and cardinals versus mainly sparrows.
This bird feeder has a very stylish appearance & is extremely well built. The lid is positioned on a heavy metal wire and can be moved by pressing a small button on the side. This is a nice feature to keep the lid secure during heavy wind or squirrels jumping on the feeder. The heavy wire is nice for supporting the weight while hanging from tree or whatever you decide to hang it from. If you enjoy watching the birds, I would definitely recommend this particular bird feeder & it is extremely nice!!
Labeled as a "small" feeder, it's 9" high and 8" wide at the base. The base gives the birds a nice place to sit in relation to the area where the seed is. I have two other feeders that don't have this great feature and many end up standing on the seed while eating.
The birds took to this feeder right away. I filled it and the seed was nearly gone after only a day.
I really like the method in which to fill it and hang it, with it's sure-lock cap system. Much easier to fill than other types of feeders I've owned.
I can't speak to whether it's truly squirrel proof because I don't have a problem with squirrels trying to get at my feeders.
It only has a 2 pound weight capacity so I try to fill it with seed that only smaller birds will want.
I've noticed on the feedback for a lot of feeders, including this one, that the seeds spill and make a mess. Most bird feeders make a mess because the birds make the mess - not the fault of the feeder design.
Purchased this bird feeder to fill with black sunflower seeds to attract different types of birds other then common sparrows. A lot of birds like the ring that goes around the bottom of the feeder and how the seed is displaced from the feeder to a round trough on the bottom of the feeder to allow access from all directions and to allow more birds to feed at a time.
The birds also like the ring on the bottom of the feeder because it is more comfortable for them to rest on while feeding. Installed this bird feeder under an overhang to keep the bird seed from getting wet and to allow the birds to feed regardless of the weather.
This birdfeeder is made of metal with a copper color finish. The clear center of the birdfeeder is plastic. This birdfeeder is very easy to fill because the top slides up and down along a small plastic coated steel wire through pressing a button on the top of the feeder to release the grip on the wire. The wire has a loop permanently formed on the end to suspend the feeder from a hook.

Good feeder, but poor yard ornament.
It is beautiful on the shelf, but after a few months, it became obvious it is not real copper. The lid started rusting and finish wore off. Also, the clear plastic canister got cloudy making it impossible to see the level of seed in the feeder. The birds loved it, but it is not the greatest aesthetically.

Birds truly love it.
The COPPER PANORAMA BIRD FEEDER was a very good purchase for me, and my fine feathered friends. I like the fact that the feeder has a wide copper ring to give ample room for birds to land and feed. Cardinals have no problem landing and feeding. Other feeders I've had don't allow medium sized birds like a Cardinal to land. The base is just too small.
Also the fact that the feeder is made of copper gives it extra durability over the plastic ones you will find.
Bird feeders are fun to have. Plus having a bird feeder around greatly reduces the amount of insects in your yard.
Thanks for reading my review!

Outstanding design
No only is this feeder aesthetically pleasing, it is exceptionally easy to use. Refill while it's still hanging if you want- with a press of a button the lid slides up and down the hanging cable. Out of the way to refill, back down to lock in place. Done! Birds love it - house swallows came first, now I see even bigger birds like redwing blackbirds, alongside smaller birds like finches. The only con I have is needing to refill constantly (see photo). Birds drain it in days!

This is one of the best feeders for your friends. We have had two of these for many years right outside our breakfast room window. It attracts bluejays, Robbins, dove, cardinals, and finches.
Advantage of this model over the more expensive tall type with collapsing bottom, I that the birds are more stable while eating. The drawback is the plastic clips that adhere to the metal base.

I've been using these for years. Between deer, wind and normal wear and tear I would buy a new one every 8 months or so. The materials have recently changed and now I've had two that literally broke after a week of just filling because materials are so flimsy. In addition they have made the wire at the top flimsy and the loop is now super small making it a circus feat to get it hung. Am looking for replacements from another manufacturer.

Like the perch for the birds to stand on. Also the height is good compared to most of the feeders that are too long. Matches a feeder I had for years.
