Great product, delivered safely on a pallet. Had professionals install it and it's cooling a Florida garage space of about 500sq ft in the summer awesomely, need a jacket!

I installed one of these in each of our three bedrooms. The rooms range in size from 150 sq feet to 275 sq feet. The two smaller rooms face southwest so they get a lot of afternoon and evening sun. These units have no problem getting the rooms to the set temperature and keeping it there. Both inside and outside units are extremely quiet. I've also seen about a 25% decrease in electric usage since installing these and taking out the window air conditioners. Installation was easy. Would buy again.

This AC Mini Split was relatively easy to install. The instructions were clear. This unit works amazingly well in cooling down my 3-car garage

Installed it yesterday which went well for the first time installing a mini split. Hardest part was trying to get the line set ran the way we wanted. Installed this unit in a 1979 double wide in southern AZ and my grandma called me this morning to say that’s the most comfortable her house has ever been. With the right tools and YouTube I think most people handy with tools could do the install.

I purchased this kit on sale; great value. I'm not any kind of technician, but I have tools and watched the installation video several times, read the instructions, bought a vacuum pump and gauges online. It works great! Very happy with Pioneer. Will definitely bring adding another one to an addition we built.

Inside fan noisier than expected. Had it about a month, does blow cold air and works well.

The pioneer split is great!! Second one we have installed!! Cools and functions great and saves so much on our energy bill. Ordering from Home Depot was so easy and delivery was actually earlier than expected

Very easy to install although you will need a vacuum pump and gauges in order to clear out the lines. You will also need a torque wrench to tighten the flare nuts to specifications. Once installed, the unit cools great and is very quiet. Highly recommend.

It was received quickly, and the installation was seamless. The instructions were very clear and it works perfectly.

This unit in my 450 sq ft trailer room makes it cold due to the excellent removal of humidity. I removed my window unit to install the Pioneer & I had to check a few times to make sure it was on because it was that quiet. I can barely hear it outside as well. Turn up the fan on hi & you can hear it blowing but on medium or low it sounds like a quiet breeze. I currently only have a 100ft extention cord powering the unit but it still works great in the Texas sun due to the unit's efficiency.

Got it installed and its working well so far. Be careful with the front cover on the indoor unit. Its very very flimsy at the hinge. Mine broke while i was trying to open it. Called poineer and they are sending me a replacemwnt front cover.

This unit delivers as advertised. It is exceptionally quiet. This is the 2nd Pioneer mini split I have installed with no problems in shipping or installation. I highly recommend it.

This Pioneer Mini-Vac is outstanding! We installed it in our pottery studio in our back yard and it works perfectly. Though it's listed as a DIY, if you go that route, make sure you know exactly what you are doing. We chose to have it professionally installed. It immediately puts out COLD out when requested and when shifted over for HOT air, it works now. We love it. Take your time and do it right! Highly recommended. 5 Stars
