Great System, fit easy, installed easily, almost silent operation

Love this unit, installed in 1100 sq ft area and does a fine job, Heat works great, its December so can not tell you about the AC but I am sure it will perform just fine. Was not hard to install as I did it myself with no issues. Have had some 20 degree weather and heater works just fine

Easy to install ,works well,no problems in two months

Was considering a portable AC unit for our "Easy Breeze", but one that could do the job would cost mucho, with a POOR efficiency rating. Found Pioneer mini-split on line @ an actual lower cost than a portable (qualifies for $300 credit on 2021 Fed Tax). Took a bit more effort to install, but well worth it...Everything was included & now I'll have heat also on cooler days (Yes, there are a few cold days, during the winter in SC). The best price & info was @ Home Depot.

Very good unit for the price. When it is cold (34F) outside, there is a significant difference of 10 degrees between the set temp and actual temp.

Includes everything you need. Great quality parts and well packaged. I will be ordering a couple of 12,000 btu units for family members.

I finished up the install Saturday. I followed the instructions to the tee. I had to buy a vacume pump to evacuate the lines. I had the rest of needed tools for the install. If you have above average handy person skills. Its pretty straight forward to install the heat pump. I saved 3500 bucks over having a heating contractor installing a heat pump in my sunroom. Flip side if you mess it up. You will be calling in a contractor to fix your mistakes

Very Quiet, You can't not hear at all. I would highly recommend Pioneer Mini Split. I call customer service they answer all my question. Very Happy with the product and the service.

Delivered on time and without damage. Install directions accurate. All parts correct. You will need an HVAC person come and check all system lines for leaks and proper operating system pressure. The unit does come charged with refrigerant. The 1 ton unit was installed in a new addition on a garage, approx. 300 s.f., used as an exercise room. I live in Tucson AZ and installed it on a 113 degree day. The unit was set at 77 degrees and had to be turned up to 80 degrees because it was too cool for my hot desert bones to do a workout!! It's a great buy for the money. The inverter is lightweight and VERY quiet when running outdoors. The interior wall mount unit is lightweight and has a large LED light indicating room temperature setting. The remote control is easy to operate with many settings. The system also has a nice oscillating vent that diverts airflow up and down. Don't waste your money calling a HVAC company to quote you one of their 1-ton systems for about $3500. You can do it yourself for 1/2 that price - even if you hire an electrician and HVAC guy to install for you.

When I got all parts out there where on control with pioneer. Now I have the unit installed and can notrun the unite. I have to try to have a new one sent to me. No luck on that yet.
