Heatr's Premium Pellets
these are garbage. I have burned three bags and then noticed the flame acting funny. Pulled the burn pot end pulled out a chunk of clinker the size of half a stick of butter.

I do not know where to put this review. There are about 7 different part numbers for the pellets in individual bags. This image matches what I purchased. I have been buying the pellets a bag or two at a time. Mostly because it is the end of the season and I am new to burning pellets. Most of the bags are fine. They do create a lot of ash compared to some bags that were left when we bought the house. But this last bag is a wet mess. I had finished dumping the entire bag when a large clump caught my eye. I cannot return the bag since the entire contents are in the pellet stove now. I hope this is just a rare case where the pellets were not stored dry. Huge store should have enough room to keep the pellets dry. Just disappointed.

      Poor grade
I bought 2 pallets of this brand of pellets last fall. I will NOT buy this brand again as the sawdust in the bags are way more than they should be and the burn pot fills up with a lot more ash than other brands. The pellets will not flow down my hopper with all of the fines from the bags. This was not just from one bag either. I also do not get the heat from this brand like I do other brands. VERY DISSAPOINTED in this product!! BAD QUALITY!!!

        Eco flame sucks
I’ve tried about 6 different brands of pellets this year. Eco flame is by far the worst. Lots of dust and tiny bits that just make a mess . Plan on cleaning your stove way more frequently Or expect problems . Sometimes big fiery Smokey problems. They put off noticeably less heat so you use more. Also $2 per bag more expensive than others I’ve tried. Also bothers me that you are supposed to keep pellets in a dry place. But Homedepot always has them outside covered in snow and ice. And not covered

          Bring back Heat’r pellets
The Eco Flame pellets are too soft, there’s too much fly ash, too many fines where pellets have disintegrated in the bag, bags aren’t sealed well.

            Ton of pellets
Three bags had water get in them, causing the pellets to swell, making them unusable. Other than that all were well.

They do a good job of heating. A little dirtier than the Heaters that I have gotten in past years from HD. They put out a good heat. The bags are not as durable and have a tendency to puncture if it is bumped or rubbed against something.

            Shortages
This companies greed has created a man made shortage. They are shipping their pellets over seas leaving people here in the United States without. Don’t invest with this company and don’t buy their product.

Decent middle of the pack pellet. Good heat and moderate ash content. No where near a great pellet, But decent when the price is moderate. Fireside Ultra's or Pres to logs were a better bang for the buck pellet IMHO.

Green Supreme - price goes up, quality goes down
I’ve been burning pellets for my primary heat source for 10 years. One brand that seems to be widely available is green supreme. They used to be very average, now they are just poor quality high ash high clinker garbage. My stove clogs every two days and shuts down because of the ash clogging the burn pot. And the price per bag/per pallet has consistently increased every year but each year the quality of these pellets go down. This is last year I am getting stuck with green supreme

Pellets burn, but according to my pellet stove installer, they are cheap and he recommended that I buy a different brand next year. I have had to have service men come out twice to adjust the stove to burn correctly.

Disintegrated - saw dust - clogged my stove
Home Depot must have let these get wet sometime because the middle of the bag had disintegrated and I didn't discover it until the auger on my Comforbilt pellet stove was clogged. I had to shovel out and then vacuum out all the pellets and then work on the auger for an hour to get all the sawdust out. When will Home Depot learn how to properly store wood pellets?
