Brought 2 pallets all of the 50 bags on one pallet ripped open.

Burn hot. Low ash. First time using them.

Purchased because it was the only product I could get in a timely manner. It does produce good heat, but does not last long. A bag lasts a day, but other varieties can last longer on the same stove settings/ambient temperature.

Great. Cheap. Warm house. Best way to heat.

Great uniform size with little debris and dust. Strong enough to feed through the auger with little wear and breakage. Burns hot and leaves little ash. My preferred source for several years.

I used these last year and they produced very good heat and very low ash. Hopefully nothing has changed and they continue to perform.

These burn fine but are softwood not hardwood. I missed that in the description.

These pellets are TERRIBLE! Lots of ash, LOW HEAT! we bought 3 pallets and are beyond angry. We have to clean our stoves every 2 days. The pellets clump in the bowl. We will NEVER EVER but from home Depot again. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE!

The Green Supreme Pellets HD is selling in Northern California in Fall of 2021 are terrible. They cover the whole inside of my stove with black soot and the windows with the same after about half a bag of use. Never had this happen B4 in 15 years of use.

Good heat and a good price

Just started to use these pellets. Not sure how much junk is in them Rocks and stuff. Depends on what was in the wood they come from. Started right away.

My order arrived right on time. (We ordered six tons) The driver was professional and courteous. The pellets burn clean and my house is nice and warm!

Could not say enough about the wonderful driver maneuvering the very long vehicle from the road up our driveway. Some pellet bags were broken but I guess that is unavoidable.

HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT BEFORE, VERY HAPPY WITH IT, WILL PURCHASE AGAIN

Good value for the price burns good with little ash

We order Green Supreme every year

14 of the 100 bags had been saturated with water causing the pellets to expand and had to be disposed of.

Excellent value, very good quality and delivered by a competent and capable Home Depot Associate.
